“Amazing place”

“ho chiesto una coperta a posto del piumino e hanno provveduto solo al terzo giorno non capendo prima cosa intendevo per coperta. il secondo giorno il letto non era stato fatto e il terzo ancora non era stata pulita la stanza alle 15.30. ho dovuto sollecitare ma sono venuti troppo tardi e ho rinunciato. in piscina un solo telo a testa e avendone chiesti due mi sono venuti a rimproverare vedendo che mio marito non arrivava e li avevo usati entrambi io. ”

“Resort with all the comfort and services. Facility well maintained, by the way it shows the years. Food always in a good quantity, but the quality is very average. ”

“We arrived very late due to issues with our plane landing . The concierge was so lovely and upgraded our room . She was very friendly and made us tea. The hotel was beautiful with a lovely roof terrace . ”

“Great view of the sunset over the ocean from the room. All clean and beautifully decorated. Friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool. Tasty breakfast. Free shuttle to the beach though the walk is fine too. Good options available for dinner but pricing could be more transparent - also more expensive than local restaurants around, as you’d expect. We had a great stay and definitely hope to come back! ”

“Emplacement magnifique Face a la plage point fort cependant plage très mal aménagée point à revoir par rapport à vos concurrents…. Restauration très très moyenne par rapport au standing de l’hôtel Petit déjeuner à revoir Dîner à revoir Chambre magnifique Petit problème d’organisation 1 seule personne pour faire l’intégralité des chambres par étage La chambre pas faite avant 17h30 !!!! Pas normal pour un hôtel de cette catégorie Beaucoup de personnel dans les restaurants par contre 1...

“The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!”

“Unfortunately it’s a scam. We and many others on the hostel did not get the rooms we booked. ”
