“I have had a lot of trouble with the cleanliness of the room. I found some lipstick on my bedsheet and the next day that I got to bed after the room was cleaned. I still found that lipstick on the bedsheet, which I thought they just made the bed the shower head was leaking. I mentioned it and I stayed here before as well, and the same thing happened in the room based on the pricing of the hotel per night. “I found an empty whisky bottle in my bed, which appears to have been left behind by previous guests. This has made me question how thoroughly the room was cleaned, particularly the bed and bedding, before my arrival. It has left me concerned about the hotel’s cleanliness standards and the care taken in preparing the room for new guests.”

“People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back”
