“Clean room. Horrible staff throughout the Hotel. From the custodian to the pool attendant every one acted as if the guests were bothering them by just being there. Very rude.”

“feels like an overrated motel 6! breakfast was a joke. the clerk to check us in thought he was a comedian. I had to argue to get the room I reserved, the sofa bed was nothing but a twin bed that had a mattress that you could feel every coil! disgusting”

“This was a nice hotel. Hadn’t stayed at an AVID before but knew it was a part of the Holiday Inn family (IHG). I really liked the 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby that ground the beans for you. I just grabbed a few things for breakfast on the run, but they had several of your typical options: eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Although my stay there wasn’t long (1 night) I would stay there again. ”

“One of the worst stay ever. Rooms were filthy, 1st room assigned toliet was loose, barely attached to the floor. Second room, keys would not open the door, multiple trips to lobby to try to get in the room. Maintenance finally opened the door and said he would replace the batteries, never did. Each return to room required multiple trips to lobby to gain entrance. Housekeeping never cleaned the room, never replaced towels etc, which required more trips to lobby. Elevators were broken (2) only...

“Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean, everything worked (hair dryer, tv, coffee maker, frig, ac). Two big towels, but one wash cloth and one hand towel. Easy access, seemed to be a safe area. Pleased with my choice!”

“Loved the heated pool and hot tub! The rooms were quiet and easy to control the temperature. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. Only issue we had was that we had to ask for pool towels which they immediately supplied. We have visited here twice in the last month.”

“We arrived at 8 in the evening, and the 2 rooms were not cleaned yet on a Saturday night. So we had to wait after a long day of work. Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here...

“One pillow no case. No toilet paper or towels. Light bulbs everywhere. Lose on the ground counter tops etc. No blanket and tv didn't work either.”
