Hotel vicino a SpiritBank Event Center - Tulsa

“Great breakfast. Overall, clean property and friendly staff. Some issues with broken items that just had an out of order sign on them for days rather than seeming to get repaired (broken back door, broken elevator (1 of 2), pool out of service, broken light in our room). We stayed for 5 days and none of the broken items were repaired during this time. Also our room was never serviced during this time despite the usual every other day policy that was posted, but we really didn't need anything....

“Room was very clean aswell as the whole property the only issue I had was when I checked in they didn't give me a total or tell me how much the resort fee and or the hotel deposit was they just ran my card and didn't say anything also being a casino hotel I figure the pool with swim up bar would have been open later then 10pm on a Saturday night but other then that it was a great hotel and will stay again”

“Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the hotel, the room, and the pool. Breakfast was a nice layout of varies items to chose from. I'd definitely recommend this place from kids to adults.”

“The location was good for what we needed. There was an Outback restaurant in walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was good although we always had to ask to have things refilled. The hotel condition left alot to be desired. The elevator didn’t work well at all. The fuse boxes in hallways were not locked, our tub would not hold water, sink drained very slow, holey sheets, hardly any shampoo/conditioner ( asked to be refilled but didn’t), litter in stairway, ice machine broken, workers were kind”

“They were doing construction and remodeling so there was construction mess. The picture in our booking was a remodeled room and the room the put us in was old and not the new remodeled room. It did not get cool enough in the room in July. Bed was comfortable though!”

“I really love the location of the property in proximity to shopping and walking distance to restaurants . I wish there was more consistency regarding the Starbucks in the hotel, meaning I ordered the same drink all three days I stayed and each person made it differently. My room was EXTREMELY COLD. The temperature gauge is locked and I couldn’t adjust it. I had to sleep in my sweats every night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The trim was great, bed was comfortable.”
