We booked the Imperator based on the great reviews on Expedia and we were not disappointed.
We made contact with Tomo via WhatsApp prior to arrival and he met us at the ferry port and took us to the accommodation with a small history and orientation tour on the way.
The guesthouse is set between two courtyards of a small cafe/bar which is on the ground floor and is quite a nice little spot, we had no noise disruption at any point during our stay.
The accommodation was perfect, bed comfortable, with tea/coffee making facilities, TV, housekeeping every second day and nice mood lighting.
The bathroom was beautiful with a powerful walk-in shower.
The location was perfect, about 2-3 minutes walk to the main square, the fish market and the Riva, with a multitude of small shops, bars and restaurants close to hand.
Split itself is beautiful and if you decide to visit I would recommend you stay at the Guesthouse Imperator, it’s perfect.
