“Tipico b&b del New England in una casetta deliziosa. Buonissima la colazione preparata ogni giorno. Personsle gentilissimo. Camera con arredamento tipico bellissima. Letto comodo. Suggerisco tende più oscuranti. Pulizia ottima.”

“Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were immaculate, the location was incredible, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every part of our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the experience they provide. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, do not pass this hotel up. It’s truly a hidden gem, and we would absolutely stay here again.”

“Tipico Motel americano, pulito ma molto datato, specialmente i bagni che andrebbero rimodernati. Lavandino con ruggine. Il personale è molto gentile, la posizione molto buona, nel centro di falmouth.”

“Due giorni di sosta a Falmouth per poter visitare in giornata Martha's Vineyard. comodo lo shuttle a poca distanza a piedi dal Motel, carino il centro del paese, diversi ristoranti aperti anche fuori stagione. posizione ideale.”

“I absolutely loved this place. The folks here are super nice & it's all the little things that made my stay really nice. Upgraded my room, let me checkout a little late, fantastic breakfast, etc. Place is nothing like your high-end hotels but that's what I really loved about it. It's old school but very clean & comfortable. I've been to so many hotels/motels on the Cape & this is my favorite. I'll never go anyplace else.”

“Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here.”

“Been to Catskill camp site and this time exploring cape cod! The airstream is the same, service facilities everything is similar! I personally like Cape Cods site more! Will be back very soon They hv pretty much everything for BBQ, I brought my own knife and chopstick this time”

“The check in was good. Very nice young woman tending to the desk. My MAJOR complaint comes from the embarrassingly terrible breakfast: Stale bread, beige colored water being handed off as coffee, no fruit, terrible presentation. For a place that sells itself as a spa retreat, my day was sour after this. They should really just close the 'restaurant'”

“Helpful staff”

“Its a weird place, I was the only person there that I know of. Staffing was very limited. This was all fine for a single male, in discussing with my wife who did not come, she stated that she likely would not have stayed. If sparse staff was communicated in the listing, I missed it, that could be just me. Otherwise, it was all good, clean, convenient, everything functional.”

“I’ve stayed here before as I was on a budget then. Now for my second stay while it’s affordable I probably won’t stay here again. It’s a very typical motel not a hotel. And I’ve never stayed anywhere that had such LOUD ice makers. And they were being used every five minutes. And no elevators so if you have luggage or trouble with stairs you’ll need to request the first floor. The second floor half of it smells of curry. And the breakfast is the exact same thing every day and not that inspiring....

“Struttura trascurata e scadente. Camera con vista su muro, separata da altre camere da una porta di legno quindi rumorosa e poco riservata. Rumore di sciacquino tutta la notte. “Spiaggia” privata si rivela essere nel porto di attracco di yacht e piccole navi da crociera: non fruibile! Poche strutture ricettive e di ristorazione nei dintorni quindi piuttosto scomodo ”
