The private pool, 8mt X 4, 30mt, 1,30mt deep, is protected by a gate for children. The villa is located in the heart of the village Spongano, with all the facilities at walking distance ( bars, trattorias, pizzerias, banks, post office, ATM, supermarkets, shops, fruits shops, bakery, squares etc) and very closed to the sea coast. 15 minutes drive to reach the christal water of Castro Marina ( the pearl of Salento) and 20' to reach the white sand beaches of Alimini, near Otranto. A peaceful, historic Masseria of great charme, which offers a magic and intimate atmosphere.
Before arriving, the owner will send a contract to the traveller with all details that the guest, for law has to sign before the check -in. The contract will have all the point of the rules of the house following the italian law .

Spongano is one of the most delicious historic villages, linked to the agricultural tradition of Salento Outdoor areas: 3 gardens - citrus groves, a big terrace at the first floor. The advantage of the villa is that it’s located in the middle of the historic village with squares at few meters . It is accessed from the private alley at the top of the main street, rather hidden and private, in a strategic position for those who love being in the green around but staying in the town center with every service at walking distance Its position has the advantage of being located 2 km from the dual carriageways that leads to every destination very easily. Many nice villages closed to visit. The villa consists of a main body and an annex dependance on the ground floor; 3 big gardens and a large terrace of 170 sqm on the first floor with a bedroom and bathroom en suite. All bedrooms in ground floor overlook the "secret" garden, inside the house (typical of the Salento farms), a cozy and amazing private place for relax. Here, another independent exit leads to a private court that emerges on a small square with a comfortable coffee shop. The outdoor areas are well equipped with tables, armchairs and sun beds. There is the main outdoor living area, facing the kitchen, furnished with a dining table and armchairs for 10 seats, plus another table for 4 and another table with armchairs in the shade of lemon trees, orange trees, mandarins, pomegranates and bougainvillea. From here there is access to the pool area with outdoor shower where, in addition to comfortable sun loungers there is a sitting area with sofa and armchairs and other tables with chairs, placed in the shade of citrus.The village Spongano is surrounded with ancient olive groves, dry stone walls, megalithic monuments, baroque churches. The Parco delle More, (the blackberry park) . The sea cost very closed estendes all around about 250 km of sea coast, so traveller can visit a different beach every day, with a time distance which can go from 10 minutes driving to a maximum of 40 minutes to reach the opposite Ionian coast.
Distance of the Villa to the sea places : The house is located 10 minutes drive from the most beautiful stretch of the Adriatic coast, Castro Marina, called the Pearl of Salento. The area is famous for its caves: the Green cave, the enchanting cave Zinzulusa, Porto Miggiano in Santa Cesarea Terme, Baia Marittima, Marina di Andrano near the small Acquaviva fjord. Magnificent boat trips also to visit the west coast from Il Ciolo, to Marina di Novaglie, to the Grotta del Lago, up to Santa Maria di Leuca. From here you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento and the UNESCO site. At the seaside you can enjoy water sports, guided diving, snorkeling with sand or suggestive rock that can be high or low.
