“We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Inn & Suites in Manheim, PA while traveling with our pet. The place is very clean, and the staff was incredibly considerate and understanding. We were supposed to check out at 12 PM, but due to my son’s volleyball game, we didn’t leave until around 3 PM. Instead of charging us the full late check-out fee per policy, they only charged us half, which we truly appreciated. Shoutout to Marco, Fawzi, and Ferdy for being so kind and welcoming. “Everything was great. However I would recommend having the housekeeping crew make sure clocks are correct and alarms are turned off then they do turnover. All of our clocks were wrong and the alarm went off at 4am. Yikes! ”
