After driving for 20 hours, I asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. I completely understand that the rooms were still being cleaned, but the way the situation was communicated felt rude and lacking in courtesy. A more polite and respectful response would have been appreciated.”

“For the cost of the room, it did not even deserve any star. The wall switch for the power outlet was popped out, unsafely wires exposed. None of the side lamps were working. There was no elevator. This was the worst hotel ever for me, would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Nice atmosphere, however the walls and ceilings are then and you could hear a footstep someone takes. Also staff is very pushy during checkout via knocking on the door and calling the room back to back 2 minutes after checkout time in the process of me exiting”

“Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...
