“This room was great. It was big like an apartment. I loved the large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. It got too chilly for us to use the pool that night so my kids were able to take baths and feel like they were in a pool. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The stay we had was unfortunately quite unsatisfactory overall, and this was mainly because of the following specific issues we encountered:
* The advertised hot buffet breakfast was, unfortunately, not available.
* The room we were assigned was left unclean by the previous guest, leaving trash under the furniture.
* Housekeeping was not provided on any of our daily requests.
* There was no hot tub available for use.
*The pool was in rather poor condition and did not provide towels.

“I guess because I was an Expedia traveler or booker the service was gross, the room was gross and I had a child in the room above me who bumped ball and ran all day long. From 6 in the morning till the time I got back and then probably fell asleep. I came here for rest and because of reviews but I will not return. Plus the unexpected charges to my credit card, people cutting you in line while waiting to check in was another crazy experience. I wanted the park view but I could not even step...
