“Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the Vent. ”

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“The first room I put in was dirty wallpaper peeling off the wall. The second room I was put in was dirty. The microwave broke and had to be destroyed to get my food out. The tub didn’t work. I had to put a weight on it to hold the water in and that didn’t work. My key card had to be redone five times cause it wouldn’t work carpets weren’t vacuumed. Everything was dusty the continental breakfast that they supposedly had was two different kinds of cereal and four danishes. I was terribly not...
