“Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. ”

“Breakfast staff and choices were amazing. Great location with easy access to main interstate that leads to everything. Only negative, bathroom lighting needs upgrades, too dark. ”

“Everything was great with the room. We had an incident where the elevator stopped working with one member of our party in it. At the time, the staff didn’t follow protocol, however when the manager found out, he made everything right and handled it really well. I truly appreciate Sean the manager for how he handled everything. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again.”

“They say first impressions are everything, and this Comfort Inn missed that in the elevator on the way up to the room. Stepping in to the elevator we found old, dirty carpet, trash on the floor, foot prints on the wall, and overall had us worried about what the room would look like. Fortunately the room was clean. We will not stay in a Comfort Inn again, just too many things that needed updating that made us uncomfortable. ”

“Room is big and nice, shower almost no water ridiculous. Breakfast more or less like nothing, junk industrial food every day the same.. Manager in charge rude and not ready to provide any Customer Service.. For sure better options around..”
