The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to some of the area’s best restaurants, shops, and marinas.”

“Am a Hilton Honors member, was supposed to have 2 bottles of water in the room. None was there, on my wsy out for a dinner date I stopped by the front desk and mentioned this....they said they'd put 2 in the room. Didn't happen...disappointed!!”

“We had a great stay at the Regency. Our room was very comfortable and the location is ideal, right in the Old Port with many excellent restaurants, fun stores, and the waterfront steps away. Very friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the airport shuttle. Our only disappointment was that the spa / jacuzzi closes at 6 pm. We had hoped to use it after busy days of walking and sightseeing.”

“This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience ”

“$40 parking/night is way too much for this hotel. Rooms are old, no character and the bathroom has paint peeling all over the ceiling and walls.”

“I think that this is a very nice hotel that is conveniently located to getting to the Old Port area and downtown. The rooms are nice. The only issue is my room was on third floor and there's no elevator. I didn't have a problem, but if you have problems then you may want to request a first floor room. Breakfast was fairly good for self serve with a nice variety. The best part was the choice of freshly brewed coffee. The staff are very nice and helpful! This is my second time here and I would be...

“Embassy Suites is a perfect spot near the PWM. Great breakfast with everything you could imagine! Airport shuttle literally takes minutes. Very convenient stay!”
