“Cottage and kitchen was fully stocked and stacked , king and queen bed were both comfortable but in the same room. Pull out couch was also comfortable. Could not ask for a better location in North Rustico (beautiful area) and next door to grocery store, lobster supper and wonderful drives. We were charged $30 which unfortunately came out of the tip set aside for the cleaning crew and put into the owners pockets. But very quite and relaxing for a little under $250 a night after taxes and fees”

“The room and the beds were reasonably comfortable, although the bedding was sub-par. Not sure whether the bedspread was laundered between guests. Breakfast was terrible with poor quality, over cooked sausages that looked and tasted like pieces of hotdogs, very over cooked scrambled eggs and undercooked potatoes.”

“The rooms are nice and clean. We booked 2 rooms and they were in excellent condition. The staff was really friendly and helpful. ”
