Hotel a Springbrook

“Great hotel!”

“I’ve never stayed at such a horribly unclean hotel. It was just filthy. Didn’t look like they ever even vacuum not just the room but the whole place. There was mold on the shower curtain, poop still in the toilet it was just awful. I never got offered to have my room actually cleaned or even change rooms. But I figured if the hotel looks that bad it wouldn’t matter. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to this place. I was appalled.”

“The lady at the front desk during daylights was very nice and helpful, but the room was NOT clean the floor had a layer of dust and the sheets were stained up. The flooring was splitting in several places that was just filled with dirt and grime. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. Also don’t let the site fool you there is no breakfast, the un helpful late shift guy said “they are un licensed to serve breakfast”. Over all it was a very unpleasant experience, will not be staying there...

“First room was absolutely disgusting Second room wasn’t the greatest but better then the first was only in the room for 30ish minutes then found out we had to leave won’t give us a refund after saying there was a possibility we could”

“Beds were very comfortable, love that they have Dove products, breakfast was a good variety.”

“My room had no shower curtain. Didn’t notice until i needed to shower. Just made do without.”

“I love the screaming TVs by this day is horrible after the cardio equipment doesn’t work one elevator is working and my AC in my room completely didn’t work from from the moment I checked in and the maintenance guy had already gone home for the day and the place was full up so I had no way to see so I got zero sleep because it was 90° in my room”

“During our stay there was a water main break and we were without water during our stay. I’m waiting for Hampton Inn to compensate for our inconvenience ”

“Convenient location. Staff was nice and helpful. The room (bedding smelled like dog). Brought my own. The mattress was like sleeping in a hotdog bun, so, didn't sleep well the 4 nights I stayed. Bugs in the bathroom. Door and shower handle loose and was sticking. Overall thought it was over priced.”
