Newly renovated home located within walking distance of Lake Fayetteville & Park

Located on a quiet neighborhood just steps away from the Lake Fayetteville trail system. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, or hop on your bike and take the trail to the food truck pavilion at Lake Fayetteville. All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and blinds for a restful night's sleep. Room opens to deck. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower and/or tub. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms. All bedrooms are stocked with linens & towels. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the home for you. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood, where deer can be spotted roaming the property at sunrise and sunset. The house was great! There was plenty of coffee, towels, products, etc. It was well stocked! The bed was also extremely comfortable. We didn't use the room off the garage because I didn't quite realize you had to walk through the garage to enter that room, but that's on me. I could have asked. It could have been a little cleaner, and did smell like a pet lived there, but overall it was a great experience and price!

Had a wedding in the Fayetteville area and needed a place to crash for a couple nights. This house was perfect and had plenty of space! 4 bedrooms roomed our 5 people perfectly and even had room to spare. Owner was communicative and prompt and facilitated a great trip!

Great hosts!

We arrived a bit early and needed to stay a little later than our check out time and Caitlin was very accommodating. We were in town for a Sunday afternoon wedding, so we appreciated being able to be in the house a little longer. If we come back as a family, we will look at staying here again.

Wonderful host.

The home I rented was very nice and comfortable. There was some minor issues that I addressed with the property owner and she was very responsive and addressed the issue very satisfactorily. She was an excellent hostess and very attentive to our concerns. I world highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to stay in the Springdale, Ar area.

The Host was absolutely great, very quick response timing and we got to check in early which was absolutely perfect that way we could unload our car before going to the razorback game. will definitely be staying again

Family Christmas gathering

Great time with family and friends. Prepared meals and played games. The house is large enough for a crowd. Table seats 4, but on one night we sat 9 to the table! Memories made breaking bread together
