Located on a quiet neighborhood just steps away from the Lake Fayetteville trail system. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, or hop on your bike and take the trail to the food truck pavilion at Lake Fayetteville. All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and blinds for a restful night's sleep. Room opens to deck. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower and/or tub. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms. All bedrooms are stocked with linens & towels. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the home for you. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood, where deer can be spotted roaming the property at sunrise and sunset. Great hosts!

We arrived a bit early and needed to stay a little later than our check out time and Caitlin was very accommodating. We were in town for a Sunday afternoon wedding, so we appreciated being able to be in the house a little longer. If we come back as a family, we will look at staying here again.

Wonderful host.

The home I rented was very nice and comfortable. There was some minor issues that I addressed with the property owner and she was very responsive and addressed the issue very satisfactorily. She was an excellent hostess and very attentive to our concerns. I world highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to stay in the Springdale, Ar area.

Absolutely wonderful

The Host was absolutely great, very quick response timing and we got to check in early which was absolutely perfect that way we could unload our car before going to the razorback game. will definitely be staying again

Family Christmas gathering

Great time with family and friends. Prepared meals and played games. The house is large enough for a crowd. Table seats 4, but on one night we sat 9 to the table! Memories made breaking bread together

Visit with uncle

The house was just what we needed. A well-stocked, full-sized kitchen with a very nice deck gave us exactly what we wanted. A quiet place where we could just sit and visit. The beds were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend the property.

Parents weekend

Trip To Springdale

The condition of the property is outstanding. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The back patio is really nice. We did use the BBQ Pit a few times during the stay. It really just felt like a home away from home. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be booking this property again.

Family Slumber Party

Our family was on the way to Branson for a week. We needed a place to stay so we could go to Sam's to shop fir our stay there. This home was perfect!! Well stocked kitchen, very comfortably beds, back deck to sit on in the evenings, and the decorations throughout the home were SO cute!! Check-in and check-out were very easy! Communication from the host was great as well! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Comfortable Convenience

Our family members of all ages enjoyed the comfortable spaces of the home. We enjoyed some great meals thanks to the well stocked kitchen! This home is in a lovely neighborhood and convenient to NWA attractions, trails, and shopping.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed

I had several family members from out of town for my son’s graduation and some of them stayed here. We were also able all get together here to celebrate the occasion. Everyone slept well in their comfy beds and we also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The fourth bedroom is off the garage which makes it kind of a fun places for older kids.

Wonderful

My mom and I came to Fayetteville for my daughter’s sorority mom’s weekend. This was a great relaxing place to stay. Beds were wonderful, house clean and enough room to lounge together in the family room. Wish we would have spent more time relaxing here but it was a busy weekend of events.
