Soak in the private hot tub under the stars, rack `em up in the game room, paddle the cove in our kayaks, then gather around the fire pit as the sun drops over the water. New this season: e-bike and UTV rentals available right at the house, so you`re minutes from the Ozarks` world-class trails and back roads.

A note on the lake 🌊
Beaver Lake is currently running well below normal pool, so the shoreline is farther from the house than usual and water access looks different right now. Levels rise and fall with rainfall and the seasons, so check the current level before you book if the water is a big part of your trip. What doesn`t change: the hot tub, fire pit, game room, private trails, and 25 acres of Ozark quiet. Message us anytime for updates on current conditions.

With 25 private acres and trails being built right on site, this property is its own outdoor playground — so we bring the toys to you. Reserve any of these when you book and we`ll have them ready at the house:

E-bike rentals 🔋 — Explore the property`s private on-site trails (expanding through summer 2027) at your own pace. E-bikes flatten the hills so every rider, every fitness level, keeps up — no trailer, no crowds, ride straight from the door. (Bikes are for on-property use; Hobbs State Park`s trail system is also just a short drive away.)
UTV / side-by-side rentals 🛻 — Open up all 25 acres for a half-day or full-day off-road adventure across your own private trails.

House Rules
Check-In: After 4:00 PM
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Please let us know if you need a late check-out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets are not allowed at any time on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings. This home is best suited for small groups or families. No eating in the beds or bedrooms. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violation of any house rules will result in fines to the guest of $250, along with cost of any damages and/or extra cleaning costs.

Hot Tub The hot tub is located on the back porch and hot tub towels are in the hall closet. Please be sure to turn off the jets after use.
Important Safety Notes:
No glass in the hot tub area—use plastic cups for drinks.
Rinse off before entering the hot tub to keep the water clean.
No children in the hot tub without adult supervision.
