Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
