“We liked that it was all solar power. It looks like it is a farely new business and with time and word of mouth they are going to do great. ”

“It was a bit too close to a main road so road noise could be heard, particularly when sitting on the porch. There is no handrail up to the bedroom and the steps are rather steep and dark...not a good set up for older patrons or those with mobility issues. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable and a nice area to easily walk the dogs outside. The setting is very pretty on a river and canoes and kayaks are available to use.”

“Really well stocked house right on the lake (and dog friendly!). Neighbors weren’t too close and the fishing was A+. If it wasn’t already booked I’d try to grab another weekend this summer - two nights wasn’t enough!”

“This amazing cabin more than lived up to our expectations!! My family enjoyed blueberry picking, foraging for mushrooms, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, swimming, incredible sunsets, campfires, listening to the loons and just being together in nature. Our two weeks spent at the cabin were incredible. Barbara (the owner) and Mark (the caretaker) were very attentive to all our questions. We look forward to coming back!!”

“My husband dog and I, very much enjoyed the camp. So peaceful. We ended up getting up there later than planned. John waited for us. He was so kind and helpful. My car ended up having issues and needed to be fixed. I texted John. He sent me to a garage in Lincoln. They were so nice. The lake is clean and clear. So beautiful. I enjoyed fishing while my husband relaxed in the lake. John also told us about some good fishing and walking places. The camp has all you need for cooking and eating....

“Great cabin!! I could move here!! Recently remodeled! 2 bedrooms downstairs and one large bedroom with 2 beds upstairs. Extra outdoor cooking/dining area, with gas grill, blackstone and picnic table. Down the hill is a dock, bit of a steep climb, but great for fishing and swimming. Canoe and kayaks available. Friendly owners right next door and willing to accommodate guest however needed. Definitely will be staying here again when we all come up to visit family!!”

“Property was great. FYI the one of the pictures makes it look like the river runs right to lawn but there is a steep incline to access river which if I had known I wouldn’t have brought my kayak. Otherwise the pictures are good representation of the property.”

“My stay was lovely. The cabin was peaceful and had all we needed to enjoy our time there. Despite the downsides, I'd totally book again. The location was private. The pond was calm with few boats. Loved having the porch swings, picnic table, and outdoor hearth. Walmart & hannaford were 15 minutes away to get the forgotten odds and ends. I had excellent phone service. There was plenty of parking. The furniture was either hard as a rock (queen bed - bring a foam pad!) or rather warn out. The...
