Although it is off the beaten path, it is still very easy to get to several locations on the bourbon trail. There are steep steps to the rear entrance, but we knew this from pictures and had no issues with it. We kept purchases in the lower level (garage) so we did not have to carry it up the steps. “Bourbon Trail Oasis at Boone Farm was a great spot for our family’s getaway. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet located a short drive from area attractions. We visited distilleries, hiked around Mammoth Cave, and had a day trip into Louisville, but were able to come back to the VRBO and simply relax.”
