“Host was very friendly. The pool was unable to use due to not being properly cleaned. Pool table in basement was crooked due to a broken leg. Overall was enjoyable only minor inconveniences.”

“The Cottage was fresh and clean. Both bedrooms were of a comfortable size. The Garage eatery was just across the street and the smells were very tempting. Very few and small steps, so ease of entry was great. Would suggest a grab bar for entry and exit of step in tub. Bathroom was very clean. Instruction for stay were posted and easily understood. Kitchen was great. Coffee bar was great. Plenty of useful tools in the kitchen. Enjoyed our stay.”

“This was the best spot for everything we wanted to do in the great bourbon state! 5 minutes from every golf outing, 2 minutes from great food options and when it was time to wind down for the night not only was the room downstairs great for a relaxing movie and quick game of pool, the outside space with fire pit and stars above was the perfect ending to a great weekend. We will definitely be coming back.”

“Tons of ants, dry blood on sheets, bloody hand print on the wall, sheets smelled horrible. Nice place but dirty sheets and dry blood in several spots. I think someone forgot to clean it before we came”

“We enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The neighborhood is quiet and the big backyard and patio were enjoyed by our group. Owner communicated effectively prior to check in and insured we were satisfied with our stay. The only issue with the listing, as was mentioned in other reviews, is the second bathroom is in the basement. So if you have mobility issues, then keep this in mind. None of us did, so it wasn't a big issue. We will be visiting Bardstown...
