“Very clean, felt like home. Was very close to Niobrara State Park. Beautiful part of Nebraska. Verdigre is known as "Kolach Capital of the World," celebrated in June. Very proud, tidy little community. Felt very safe and friendly to visit. Loved it!”

“The space was very nice for visiting, the kitchen was well equipped except can opener should be trashed and new one gotten. Home was clean and very bright - so many windows. Beds/sleeping was not what was posted on VRBO. Not cleaning the sidewalks and driveway in a timely manner after the snow and leaving us a grain shovel to scoop with was not ideal for anyone. We also had to fix the fireplace ourselves as your repair person could not come until 3 days after check-in. I would say the home is...
