“Great place to stay ! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything you could need from the multiple charging cubes to bathroom and kitchen essentials. If you appreciate antique furnishings this home has it. The backyard was nice and had cute pathways between the many trees and garden. Our dog loved all the smells too ! “The house on the lake is very well situate with direct access to the Matanzas lake. The property is conveniently built on one level, and has great amenities to enjoy a lake getaway vacation. Fishing, kayaking and spending time outdoor is facilitated conveniently. The house itself is well provisioned with everything necessary for the stay. “Property was just as described. We had everything we needed. The carport was a big bonus for us because it was raining heavily throughout our stay, and we appreciated staying dry while loading/unloading our vehicle. Owner responds quickly to questions. Location was great for us Decatur natives with proximity to grocery stores, big box stores, restaurants, parks and banks. It was even close to the funeral home we were using. Neighborhood was quiet. HVAC system and water heating were also great.”

“Three Pines is an amazing place! We hosted our wedding here in June of 2025 and could not have asked for a more beautiful setting, attentive staff, and quiet grounds. We had guests in every rentable room, and they all raved about the accommodations. It was especially hot outside during our stay and the house was a very comfortable temperature with the ability to adjust certain rooms to be warmer or cooler to your needs, which was especially pleasing given the historic nature of the home. “Amazing property. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kitchen, living room, laundry and dining room on every floor. Luxurious bedrooms. A beautiful old mansion. In the heart of Springfield. Every amenity you could imagine. We had an amazingly wonderful weekend of sharing and church family time.”

“Overall great stay. We were in town for a softball tournament and was able to share the house with 2 other families thanks to Anthony for allowing an extra guest. We had everything we needed and close to Kroger for groceries and Dominos for pizza. I would recommend extra silverware. ”
