“Clean tooms and friendly staff.”

“The room was clean. The lobby had a strong cigarette and marijuana smoke odor. The front staff was not friendly. Breakfast was minimal. Stayed here because of the positive reviews. Will avoid this hotel in the future. ”

“They are not always clean staff doesn’t pick up dirty towels and they have sewage issues bath tub gets backed up from time to time with poo but they will give you another room but also means pack your things and move to another room area is somewhat safe ”

“A lot of parking it was super clean also. My room was huge as well as the bathroom. There's a covered gazebo area to smoke too.”

“The host was very nice and responsive. And she's not kidding about the train being close! If you have severe motion sickness, this might not be the best place for you. Otherwise, it was kind of fun to have the house rock a little when the train passes. Lol”

“The floor in the room was super dirty. The room didn’t look fully cleaned. The bed was clean but that’s about it. Breakfast was horrible. Juice tasted like water. They had toast and cearl and pancakes that they individually wrapped in ziplock bags and put in the fridge. The juices tasted horrible. Flavoured water. I would not stay here ever again.”

“Would not add my girlfriend to the reservation because I didn't book directly with them. When I arrived I had paid for 2 days already which was how long we were staying but still tried telling me they had to book the 2nd day. I reminded them I paid 2 days up front. Same reservation. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they only brought one. Overall the service side was underwhelming”

“I told the front desk that the outlet in the bathroom was not functioning properly, nothing was done, power went out in the room, and the fire alarm was set off after 11pm and we were told by the FD that we would be compensated because it was caused by someone smoking in there room. hallways smelled like marijuana at all times. door lock cover was broke ”
