“Amazing property, really nice manager and all the bar staff were so helpful- I asked for a special request to have the towels folded and she really outdid herself! The room was absolutely gorgeous and we loved every minute, the bar food downstairs was also fantastic. Nothing but positivity and really made our 3rd anniversary worth it <33”

The two doors of the built-in wardrobe did not open well as they touched and stuck on the ceiling

La colazione gratuita riservata agli ospiti dalle 7 alle 9 è piuttosto scarsa e sicuramente potrebbe essere migliorata. Complessivamente si tratta di un posto tranquillo, abbastanza pulito e confortevole. ”

“I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault.
The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty...

"Good value for money (given it's London). 300 m to West Brompton station (max 10 minutes wait for a train). Bus stop in front of the hotel (although only westbound in summer 2025 because of road works). Breakfast improvable but absolutely fine for me. Beds may be too soft for some people. Some leather made it necessary to open the windows once or twice a day. Had to turn off the air conditioning for my bad throat, but then, even though the room temperature was fine, the blankets were too hot for me and I had to ask for just a sheet, which solved the problem. Friendly staff."

"We stayed here for 7 nights this July in a very comfortable room, had breakfast every day (continental breakfast with a lot of tipes of food and fresh fruit).
This is a very nice and quiet zone of London, well served by the public transport, 4 minutes walk to the Tube and the busses.
We really enjoyed staying here and highly reccomend this hotel!"
"I liked that it was 5 minutes walking from the underground. I also liked the kindness of the people working at the hotel. But I had to ask to clean the room twice, it was full of dust everywhere, and in the bathtub there was some hair. Two days before our departure the fire alarm went on at six o clock in the morning and we all got very scared. They said it was a false alarm."

"Struttura praticamente nuova, personale tutto giovane e cordiale, camera piccolina ma confortevole, colazione ottima, struttura molto silenziosa, sebbene ci fossero parecchi clienti, non si sentivano rumori o suoni dalle camere vicine, la via è molto tranquilla e poco transitata, la stazione della metro si trova a 300 metri, il centro si trova a 7/8 fermate dal metro, facilmente raggiungibile, lo consiglio vivamente.

"La struttura si trova ad Earls Court, l’angolo vibrante della più privata Kensington, ad un minuto dalla fermata di metro e di diverse linee di bus che collegano tutta la città.
Pub, supermercati e ristoranti sono tutti vicinissimi. La colazione è ricca e perfetta per iniziare la giornata, le stanze sono abbastanza ampie soprattutto per gli standard londinesi e sono luminose con le finestre che fanno entrare la luce. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile, hanno anche trovato un trasferimento all’aeroporto al prezzo più basso possibile per noi. Raccomando questa struttura a chi vuole visitare Londra senza necessariamente spendere un capitale. "

Camera piccola ma molto pulita e funzionale. Unica pecca: al bagno un lavandino minuscolo. Pulizia camera giornaliera. Si sentono un po i rumori molto attenuati dei treni e i passi degli altri ospiti che salgono/scendono le scale. Non ho fatto colazione in albergo, quindi non posso valutare. Ci tornerò senz'altro."
