“Nothing. It took us almost 30 mins to check in. Staff dont know what manners are!”

“At check in I asked if I could have a room not on the main floor. Ended up receiving a room on the main floor because they were sold out. Went to the room open the door and it smelled like mold. Went back to the front desk asked for a new room and with no hesitation or questions asked same lady switched our room on the second floor. Wasted 20 mins of my time to received what I requested in the first place. This hotel is under construction, and the contractors do not pick up after themselves....

“Bellissima camera, tutto ristrutturato, molto accogliente. Completa di prodotti per il tè e il caffè al mattino, ottimi prodotti per il bagno. Letti comodissimi. Il lavandino del bagno è piccolissimo, ma per uno o due notti non ci sono problemi ci si può adattare, e la doccia è perfetta. Unica pecca di questa fantastica camera è la presenza della strada, la porta non è isolata e si sente tanto la strada che è a pochissimi metri. “The rooms needs updated. We got a suite and the couch and chair had food under the cushions. The curtains are made to stay in place half way opened allowing the light to shine thru it. They need blackout curtains. The bathroom door was bubbled up at the bottom. The carpet was nasty The night front desk was very nice and friendly. Probably won’t stay here if we are back in the area”

“Nice big room. Clean comfortable beds and clean bathroom. AC worked great. Rugs kind if dirty. Didn’t want to walk around in the room barefoot.”

“Room was a little dirty with some dead fly's, pubes in tub, tub that didn’t drain, dirty remote. The larger 3 pool complex with a kiddie pool and lifeguards is not included. Seems others misunderstood like me. I was able to check in early so that was great”
