“I'll start with my top dislike, which is the room switch they decided without telling me or giving me the option to cancel my reservation. My husband has a knee injury so climbing stairs to the second floor was painful, but he accepted it. This B&B only has a small number of rooms to begin with and I liked only one room on the ground level, so i reserved it over a month ago. “It’s a really elegant hotel, but the location is full of homeless and mental illness, if I had to guess I would say a lot of crime happens close to this location. Just be prepared!”

“Room suites were extremely comfortable. Multiple complimentary breakfast choices and expansive seating area. Only complaint about the room was that the tv was secured to a desk always facing the bed, so watching from the sitting area of room wasn't an option. ”

“We loved staying at this new property in KC near the women’s soccer stadium and the City Market. The hotel was beautiful and the staff very friendly. there were walking trails near the river and you could walk to the stadium and dog park and the new bar right across the way. I think our favorite part was the pool table, board games and guitar in the lobby. My husband taught my 11yo son to play pool. The rooms were modern and comfortable- especially the beds. Would definitely stay here again! ”
