“We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing!
The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me!
The room was an awkward shape and a very poor layout.
The furniture looked really tired and the wardrobe had a handle missing, there was...

“What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

“The old hall hotel was spotless from top to bottom. We really enjoyed the pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room for which towels were also provided. All the staff were very happy to help and were lovely.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.”

“The staff were friendly and beds comfortable. Carpet in our room was in poor condition unfortunately being threadbare in parts but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was pretty good quality just beware that some items on menu are additional cost which are marked.”

“Carpark directions on the website were brilliant, there was plenty of parking space and we were able to get the permit before check in.
The hotel is in a great location for town centre.
The room we stayed in and some parts of the building looked tired, but were clean.
Our room didn't have any towels in, but reception soon sorted that out.
The room was very hot.
The breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind and went the extra mile to look after our dog.”
