“The listing was misleading. It appeared to be a hotel, but when we arrived, we found out it was actually a motel. The reservation was non-refundable, and since it was very late, we had no choice but to stay. It was even more surprising because it had a “Wonderful” rating, and the price was similar to nearby 4-star hotels. Although they have made some renovations, it is still a motel. “Breakfast was terrible and the space was so small that you have to wait in line around 30 minutes to get your breakfast.”

“During my stay, the STAFF was very kind to us & helpful. When there was a concern about something, they took care of it immediately. We were treated w/much respect & kindness from desk staff, to the cooks, maint. & housekeeping. Due to having my service dog, I volunterred to do vacuuming etc., which simplified everything. “Not very accommodating. They would not clean our room. They stated that they had a lot of checkouts for the morning and they could not clean our room. So, they indicated that they would bring fresh towels and try to "tidy up" but the towels never came. Poor execution. Left a day early due to this lack of courtesy.”

“The internet did not work which means the TVs did not work even though I paid $4.95 per day for internet service. AC made lots of noise. During the day, it seems the ac did not work properly. It was hot even though the thermostat was set at 71 degrees.”

“Overall I will stay at this property again the staff was very helpful when we needed them. Rooms was just like the picture online and very clean. More than enough parking for everyone.”
