It protruded into the entrance drive way on a very busy street. Thinking about my liability I decided not to stay. The manager was very rude and threatened to not return my payment. “Location is good if you’re going to the track - staff was friendly and there is a shuttle that runs back and forth to the Speedway. The property needs an overhaul, but it worked for what we needed. ”

“Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.”

“Stayed on the 3rd floor with balcony and nice view of the ocean. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff is super friendly. I was in town for welcome to Rockville! And the price and view of the ocean made it worth the stay.”

“Got to the hotel and there was already commotion from part of our large group visiting for Jeep Beach. The rooms were dirty, smelly, beds were done but obviously sheets had not been changed from previous guests. Pillows were dirty and still had head imprints and gel like residue. Carpets and room were musky almost mold smelling. There were cigarettes burns and a very suspicious spot on the sofa that looks like body fluid. I let the front desk know and they had me and a few other friends going...

“Addetto alla reception gentile, stanza spartana con qualche lampadina bruciata. La sorpresa arriva quando scopro che le lenzuola di ambedue i letti sono sporche con tracce di sangue, capelli e macchie varie: evidentemente i letti erano stati rifatti dopo la partenza dei precedenti ospiti ma le lenzuola non erano state cambiate! Avviso la reception e dopo una decina di minuti vengono a verificare e decidono di cambiare le lenzuola. Roba da terzo mondo!!!”

“Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep.
