Case in affitto a Spruce Pine

“Butternut Cabin was an absolute gem for a couples getaway. The house was spotlessly clean and felt thoughtfully put together from the moment we walked in. The custom kitchen was a highlight—beautifully done and well-equipped. We especially loved that it had an espresso maker; we made several high-quality cappuccinos during our stay and it made the morning feel extra special. The beautiful covered porch, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs made the outdoor space just as inviting. It was the perfect...

“Great house with lots of space, and Chris was amazing with communications throughout our visit. Home was even better than the photos!”

“Beautiful cabin that is tastefully decorated. Very comfortable, beautiful scenery, clean, and the bed was amazing. I would give a 5 star rating, but there was no shower, just a beautiful stand alone tub. I wish I would of paid more attention when booking; a shower is a must for us. The water for the tub, was luke warm at best, but we were able to put hot water in a pan from the kitchen to take a hot bath. Loved the area and trips to Burnsville. The Pig and Grits Restaurant was great food, we...

“Absolutely charming and very well equipped small home. A lot of small amenities to make it welcoming. Didn't realize it had steps, that was our fault for not checking. We found the registration process to be confusing trying to do it through Expedia as it was a vbro. The owner went out of her way to be helpful.”

“Home away from home”

“Beautiful property! We enjoyed the "swimming hole" in the heat and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would recommend an SUV or all wheel drive vehicle to be able to get in and out of the steep drive, but we loved the secluded feel of the property.”

“Enjoyed the observatory.”

“extremely peaceful location and super cozy along with amazing kitchen appliances updated bathroom. I felt like I was at a high-end hotel.”

“I have rented many places and I’m ranking this as one of the best rentals I have ever rented.1. Communication: Ben was extremely responsive and friendly.2. Location: The town of Old Fort has gone through a lot in the past few years, but that has not diminished its charm and resilience. The house sits on a beautiful creek and has a great view of the sunrise which we enjoyed from the screened in porch. The house is walking distance from downtown. The downtown has several breweries with great...

“Family friendly, enough space for a good size family or with friends for a weekend getaway. Very great location, close to ski resorts and restaurants. Hot tub was a great touch to the property, didn’t see anyone else with one, from a glance.”

“We loved the peaceful sound of the creek. Such a relaxing spot. Close to town but without traffic. We even got to watch a fawn running around and playing in the creek. We look forward to returning soon.”

“Very charming cabin at the end of a quiet street. We saw lots of deer and turkey while sitting on the porch. The cool mountain air was so enjoyable this time of year. All the windows had screens so we could keep them open. Close to downtown Banner Elk restaurants and everything we came to do on Sugar Mountain. Would recommend. Perfect for kids, ours really liked the game machine.”
