“Really friendly staff member checked me in and told me that she’d give me the last double bed room available, because I had booked a 2 single bed for two of us but they weren’t able to come. Which was unexpected and really appreciated. Bed is comfy, room was clean, a restaurant/pub is right next door and free parking. I nearly deducted a star because the fire alarm went off for a bit at about 9:30pm as their alarms are sensitive to the steam coming from bathrooms, so someone must have...

“Have stayed with you previously and, as always found your staff very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is exceptional, the food is to a very high quality, varied and ample. ”

“Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Lots of attention to detail. Very private spot. Weather was hot so we enjoyed the very comfy sunbeds and were able to eat outside, enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. The hosts had provided a large fan in the room, which was most welcome. Plenty of drinks in the fridge and various snacks in the room (crisps/chocolate) Just bring your own food. Hosts are on hand if you have any issues. We enjoyed walking along the canal & exploring Cromwell Bottom...

“Jasmin at reception was lovely! She was very accomodating to our requests upon arrival. The hotel is central and convenient to the town centre of Brighouse. Plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Our room was clean, comfortable, warm and large! We'll surely stay again! Jonathan and Amanda.”

“Clean room, plenty of easy on site parking, lovely efficient friendly lady on the reception. Do not pay for your parking on hotel.com, as I did, as I had to pay again at the venue. The receptionist explained that hotel.com do not have the facility to pay the private parking company, and I had to request a refund (from hotel.com). The receptionist advised me to always pay for the parking at the actual hotel.”
