Hotel vicino a Mecca Bingo - Halifax

“Another excellent stay at the Hobbit host is very friendly and nothing too much trouble if you have any questions. Rooms are spotlessly clean and lovely decor. Car park right outside the door with ample parking. This time we had a ground floor room but still a lovely view of the valley. The porridge pots and croissants are a lovely touch. Also we were celebrating our anniversary and was given early check in and late check-out which was a great gesture. Will definitely be back”

“Food was excellent, breakfast plentiful and tasty, evening meals were very good. Bathroom we were in was a little cramped and the floor tiles were cracked and broken. Overall the whole stay was very pleasant , the staff were very friendly without being overly so. Would definitely go back if we were in the area.”

“Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Lots of attention to detail. Very private spot. Weather was hot so we enjoyed the very comfy sunbeds and were able to eat outside, enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. The hosts had provided a large fan in the room, which was most welcome. Plenty of drinks in the fridge and various snacks in the room (crisps/chocolate) Just bring your own food. Hosts are on hand if you have any issues. “Once we had found the entrance which isn't that well sign-posted (my only complaint), we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room and the relative ease of parking (we only had to pay until 6pm and Sundays are free). Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, given that the menu in the room only mentioned continental style but plentiful, good quality hot food was available. Finally, as we were visiting Halifax, the short walk to the train station was a bonus. Would...
