“The staff were very friendly thankyou.It is a great place to stay for the piece hall,train station and other places of interest in Halifax.My room was spacious. It was a little bit noisy at night ,but not enough to keep me awake.Only comment,a hairdryer would of been good in the room.Would go back. Thankyou.”

“The Old Post Office is easy to find from the bus station. A warm welcome from the manager and easy to follow instructions for getting in out of hours. Room is cosy and comfortable. The Old Post Office is just a 5-10 minute walk to the Minster. If you’re going to a show at the Minster, you can’t go wrong staying over at The Old Post Office. ”

“Weekend break in this property. It was very modern. Tastefully decorated and all the things you need for a nice stay. The only issue was noise from other guests coming and going in the early hours but out of the control of the owners ”

Our room was nice but there as no air conditioning and the windows were high up so we had to stand in a chair to open them. One didn’t open. It’s not healthy not to be able to have fresh air in a room. ”

Unica alternativa l’ immancabile tea o il black coffee! La stessa macchina lavora probabilmente a pranzo e a cena ma è spenta per colazione…”

“We went to a concert in the town hall. The hotel is just across the road so couldn't be more convenient. Breakfast was very good. There are only 6 parking spaces which are quite tight but alternatively there is a big carpark next door. We will definitely return. ”
