“So toilets are so low they are toddler height-do a deep knee bend to sit down. The tv is 50 channel selection of direct tv but only a few actually transmit -finally figured out on my 2nd day if you turn the tv off then on again you can get the channel to transmit video-otherwise it says it only transmits audio-so changing channels and getting video transmission meant turning it off and on. Third, the beds are very soft so no support-back was hurting after the first night and it was a challenge...

“What a delightful surprise! The evening meet & greet was really nice. I travel often to STL so I’d definitely make this my hotel. I liked it much better than my IHG rewards.”

“One of the ice machines was out of order. The sink was clogged an filled up quickly and drained slowly. Why no fan in the shower / toilet room? The ac worked well. Only one employee available the entire time we were there from the time we checked in at about 4:30pm until we departed the next morningat 9am. Key cards needed to be reformatted numerous times. Breakfast was non existing. No warm or hot food with the exception of what fit in the toaster. Coffee looked like tea. Total...
