About this space
Welcome to our beautiful, modern, clean and cozy vacation home. Located in the quiet, secure and upscale Richmond Estate community, the villa is within 10 minutes of major beaches, rivers, adventure sites, restaurants, etc. We offer three lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining and kitchen equipped with all the amenities for your comfort. All bedrooms have AC, smart TV/cable remote/Netflix. L/room has AC unit, smart TV and kitchen is equipped.
There is also adequate entertainment areas.
The space
Contemporary style villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with spacious living area, common area and kitchen and adequate yard space for outdoor leisure. All bedrooms are equipped with Cable TV, AC and fans. Rooms are fully furnished with modern furniture and closets offering adequate storage. Villa offers enclosed sitting area with a garden view.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and to a shared pool, gym, kids play park, private beach, golf course area, supermarket/deli/pharmacy.
Other things to note
Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. Please respect these times.
Absolutely No smoking or vaping.
Don't use skin products, hair dyes or oils that will leave a bad stain on towels or bed linens, or sofa.
Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without prior authorization by property owners.
No unregistered guest allowed.
All visitors will need to present an ID at the security gate.
Visitors are not allowed to stay at the property.
Please don't rearrange furniture. Please do not connect games or any device to TV units.
Please take care of the furnishings and
accessories. Damages will be charged for.
Everything provided is for your comfort and belong to Vacayjam rentals, please do not remove anything or they will be charged for.
Please turn off light, fans and AC when you leave the property.
Please report any damages immediately.
No illegal substances allowed on the
premises.
Absolutely no pets allowed.
Please do not eat or drink in bedroom.
