“I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said ”

“Breakfast was good, Waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, etc. Serving and dining areas were clean and organized. Parking was great and felt secure with a gated entry. Fitness room was sufficient but would not accommodate a large number of people. Room was clean, linens were fresh, mattress was firm with comfortable pillows. Looks like there are still some renovations underway but the updates are modern and inviting. ”

“After the recent remodel, this is a great, affordable option. The on site restaurant and bar is fantastic, and the rooms are fresh and comfortable. They did a great job updated this property and is now my go to hotel with an awesome location as well being close to bars and restaurants. ”

“The hotel needs a good cleaning. The staff were very standoff’ish and seemed to go out of their way to ignore everyone. Refreshment center was a mess, and no one seemed to be refreshing or restocking it !!!”
