1880 Vittoriano Nel Cuore Del Centro

Il meglio dei due mondi con ristrutturazioni di alto livello e il fascino antico di Sant'Agostino. Questa casa vittoriana fu costruita nel 1880 e si trova nel cuore del quartiere storico. Qualche anno fa, ho completamente rinnovato la residenza privata in 3 appartamenti separati, ognuno completamente con il suo ingresso privato, cucina e bagno completo. Questo appartamento al secondo piano recentemente rinnovato dispone di 1 letto matrimoniale in una camera da letto privata e di un divano componibile nel soggiorno. Le biciclette gratuite ti offrono l'opportunità di lasciare l'auto parcheggiata e vedere la città camminando o guidando.

Goditi i numerosi ristoranti tra cui scegliere, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla porta di casa. Inoltre, lo shopping e le visite turistiche sono proprio dietro l'angolo. Pianifica di trascorrere la giornata visitando la città e torna indietro per rilassarti sulla veranda con un bicchiere di vino prima di prepararti per il divertimento serale.

Se sei venuto a goderti le bellissime spiagge di Sant'Agostino, sei a soli dieci minuti di auto. Crescent Beach si trova a sud a pochi chilometri per coloro che desiderano rilassarsi su una spiaggia tranquilla o unirsi alla folla di St. Augustine Beach con un molo per la pesca e molti ottimi ristoranti.

Nel complesso, questa proprietà ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e il luogo perfetto per trascorrere le vacanze. Spero di vedervi presto!

We enjoyed our weekend in St Augustine. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the deck and balcony. Both were great for relaxing and viewing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We would stay here again.

Best thing about this place is the parking!Worst thing was a worker was on the deck when we arrived and continued to work for about an hour. Would have loved the heads up. Thankfully he didn’t stay long and when he returned the next day, we left for the day and didn’t have to worry about where he was. We did not use the kitchen so can’t respond to any of it. Overall, I would highly recommend this place! I would stay here again for sure!

This location was perfect for someone who needed to go back to the home throughout the day for online meetings but also wanted to explore the town. Was the perfect location to watch the storms roll in on the porches. Being so close to the Main Street and restaurants made it easy to walk home even at night with no issues. Would love to stay here during the winter lights festival and I hope to come back!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the balcony and back patio. Having a designated parking spot was really convenient. Walking to St George street in a minute was so nice.

The location is excellent. There were workmen working on the exterior of the property the entire stay. We weren't notified it was under renovation before the stay which was unfortunate. That being said the location is great and the house is very well stocked with anything you might need

We stayed on the second floor. There was everything you might need including a bottle of wine! We made our reservation so long ago our instructions told us how to get the key. A quick phone call and we had the code to key pad. Even better. The location is within a few minutes walk of everything. We enjoyed the rockers on one porch and the recliners on the other. Keurig coffee maker and pods, sweetener and cream were welcome. If I had to suggest one thing it would be a safety bar to get in tub/shower. The unit is wonderful and we would return again if we visit St. Augustine.

We fell in love with St. Augustine a few years ago. The location of this property, just 200 feet from St George Street, was ideal for us. We liked sitting on the front porch and watching the people go by. We'll probably be back.

This house really has a great location. It's all about location. Within walking distance to most things of interest. The host was easily reached and responded quickly to any inquiries. We would love to stay there again, IF they got a new bed. We found to bed to be quite uncomfortable as it was lumpy. Not a solid supportive bed. Actually was sore from sleeping in the bed.

You will not regret booking this place. The location was so convenient. Everything is a short walk away. The place was nice and clean. It was such a charming house and we would def come back. The host responds quickly and we really enjoyed our time there. We made some great family memories. Highly recommended!
