The well-equipped kitchenette includes a full size fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker and air fryer—ideal for light meals, snacks, and morning coffee. Enjoy the ease of being just a short stroll from both parking and the sparkling Laterra pool, located next door in the serene courtyard of the 955 building.

While this suite does not have a washer/dryer, one load of sheets and towels are provided weekly and included in the monthly rate. Guests have access to all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Traveling with little ones? Baby gear such as a crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and porta crib—as well as beach chairs—are available at no charge with a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability). $25 fee applies for weekend/holiday deliveries.

Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old, barking dogs are not acceptable and will be removed if persistent barking is reported.
