Questo complesso di fronte all'oceano offre una varietà di servizi per il divertimento e il relax tutto l'anno. Divertiti a nuotare in una piscina riscaldata o nell'oceano; giocare a tennis sui campi recentemente rinnovati, giocare a shuffleboard o allenarsi nella sala fitness.

    Questo condominio recentemente ristrutturato ha una splendida vista sull'oceano, come si vede dalle foto. Situata vicino alla piscina sul mare e alla spiaggia, questa unità dispone di soffitti alti, esposizione a nord, connessione WiFi gratuita e splendidi lavori di ristrutturazione completati nel 2017.

    Questo condominio è arredato con gusto, molto pulito ed è una unità non fumatori.

    Vieni a trovarci per una vacanza rilassante e divertente in spiaggia! Questo condominio dispone di una cucina recentemente ristrutturata e entrambi i bagni, per lo più pavimenti in piastrelle, comodo letto king size nella camera da letto matrimoniale, nuovi mobili confortevoli in tutto e tutto il necessario per una vacanza fantastica e rilassante in spiaggia.

    Abbiamo affittato qui a OVC più di 10 anni, e ora possediamo le nostre due bellissime unità e vogliamo condividerle con voi. Abbiamo diversi ospiti che sono tornati ogni anno. Vieni a stare con noi e vedi perché continuano a tornare! Ci piacerebbe tanto che venissi in spiaggia e partecipassi alla nostra famiglia di ospiti.

The amenities on the property were great and its a short walk to the beach. Its pleasant sitting out on the patio listening to the ocean. The condo was nice but dated and needed some further cleaning. Seemed like the cleaning crew just ran through quickly prior to us coming.

Mother's Day Weekend Stay

My sister, niece and enjoyed a wonderful weekend reconnecting. Stores and restaurants were close and historic St. Augustine a short drive. The condo was well appointed, we had a wonderful time.

St. Augustine family vacation 2025

We love OVC! Have stayed here many times. The condo was in a great location, super close to the pool and the beach. Condos were close to anything you could want or need. Grocery stores close and several good restaurants.

The complex property was very nice and well cared for. Our unit was clean with an ocean view. The unit could have had more towels especially wash cloths and kitchen towels along with more dishes and mugs. Beyond that it was a great stay at an excellent location.

Great fall beach trip

We love staying at this condo unit. It had everything we needed and was very short drive to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. The owners were very responsive along with the property management team. We enjoyed our fall beach trip here.

It was the perfect place to stay. Steps away from the beach and plenty of places to walk our dog. All the furniture was very comfortable too. The A/C didn’t work properly when we got there. We called and they sent someone immediately (a Saturday evening, too!). It was fixed in less than a hour. I was very satisfied with our entire experience.

Truly great!

This condo is worth the trip and pricing! Gated area and private access to the beach! Easy to get around the island from here with lots of food options and grocery stores within minutes of the location. The condo was clean and exactly as expected. The view from the balcony is an added bonus and is very relaxing to enjoy coffee on!

Wonderful time right on the beach

Stayed for 2 weeks and loved the condo and location. It’s right in the beach which was fantastic for walking and biking. Grocery stores are close by and the old town is about 8 miles away. The condo itself is very clean and spacious and has everything you could need.

Fantastic location, well-stocked

We have stayed 4 times in this area last 4 years. This condo is the best one yet. Easy access to pool, beach, coffee, groceries, and 15 min from city center. Decor is cute, kitchen is well-stocked with pans and utensils which is rare. Very clean interior and nice with more recent renovations. Can’t wait to return next year!

Great getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. We visited between Christmas and New Year's for a few days. The beach was accessible and quiet, as was the condo development. We didn't need anything as far as amenities, and the location is close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy the city without too much time lost in commuting, but it is far enough south to make easy work of destinations down the coast. There are plenty of restaurants and essentials (Publix, CVS, etc) near the condo. We would stay again.

Four senior sisters hit the beach

This is a lovely property. Clean, conveniently located to the beach and comfortable for the four senior adult women in our party. No elevators, but fortunately we were only on the 2nd floor. It was a bit of a struggle lugging luggage and ice chests, but we managed. The beach view is minimal, but it's there. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen needs a few more tools and there’s only 1 skillet. Very cool kitchen lighting...I want it for my kitchen. Very responsive host! Overall good place and would stay here again.

Solo trip with my dog

I made a last minute booking here for a solo trip with my dog. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The checkin process was exactly as described and everything was right I expected it to be. The unit itself is clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. I especially appreciated the new washer and dryer within the unit as I was definitely changing clothes multiple times a day! I worked remotely from the dining room table and had plenty of bandwidth. I really enjoyed how close the beach was to the unit. I didn’t make use of the other Anne iTunes during my stay but they looked nice and plenty of people were enjoying them. I hope to stay here again!

Great vacation in a wonderful location!

This is condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! It’s in a great location within the development- the pool is close by and short walk to the beach. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed in the master bedroom! The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and even beach chairs and umbrellas. My grandson and daughter came for a week, unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great for the beach but there is plenty for a 12 yo boy to do - workout in the gym, use the heated pool and a good internet connection for his screen time :). This was our 3rd year at Ocean Village Club - it’s quiet, safe and everyone is very nice and friendly. We had our little 14lb cavapoo dog with us - it barely took a day for her to realize the staff in the golf carts always had a dog treat for her and lots of friendly people and dogs to say ‘hi’ to - pretty sure she’d give this property 5 stars too!

It was ok

Place was not very clean based on the fee, closet had tables and other items to lessen storage, dishes were stained. Coffee pot was disgusting, many items had to be deep cleaned to be acceptable. No elevator should be specified. Seemed like a very minimal amount was spent to create comfort. Not coming back.

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo and would highly recommend. The condo was spotless, offered a well-stocked kitchen and had everything we needed for the beach. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and is in a great location - close to restaurants and 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. The only issue we had was that there was no communication from the owner and they don't provide any information on the VRBO site as to the exact address of the condo. We did receive some communication from the property manager, but they didn't provide the unit number in their communication. We had to reach out to the owner on the day we were checking in to find out the number of the condo, which, after traveling all day, was quite frustrating.

Close to the property’s beach access and pool. Unit is Just as pictured. Ice cold air, great water pressure and the unit has plenty of kitchen pots, pans, utensils. Unit is super clean and very clean floors - nice job cleaning crew!!! Quiet building and easy parking. We do NOT recommend the sleeper sofa for an adult.

A Number of Issues

First, let me just say that the location is wonderful. The beach itself is quite nice. That said, there were a number of issues with the unit which began with a poorly communicated check-in process. The owner was quick to respond with the information we needed, but this didnt necessarily resolve things as quick as we would of hoped. Cleanliness of unit was subpar. Guest bedroom did seem to be cleaned. We ended up vacuuming and throwing away trash when we got there. There were a number of other issues as well - washer/dryer leaving oil/grease marks on clothes, unusable/extremely uncomfortable pull out couch (we had to buy a blow up mattress for child), etc. To add to this the owner stated he would refund the cleaning fee as there was a number of issues, primary of which was the cleaning issue. I have yet to see that refund. A bit unhappy about that.
