Direct Oceanfront, 3 bedroom ground floor flat unit, no stairs. Secluded corner unit with extra windows. Located in Crescent Beach at Summerhouse. Family oriented complex located on over 25 acres with four pools and large grass areas. Highly desired unit with assigned parking directly in front of unit. Living room and master have direct views of the beach.

Directly on the beach - just down the stairs, there is no need to drive.
Full view of beach from the living room or master bedroom. Wake up to the sunrise right from bed.

  • Fort Matanzas National Monument was built in 1742 to defend Spanish St. Augustine from the British, nearly 300 years ago. Fort Matanzas has a very long & interesting history, closely connected with the founding of St. Augustine by Pedro Menendez de Aviles. In 1565, Menendez murdered over 250 French Protestants including the famed Jean Ribault, on the land where the Fort is today. Due to the history of the site, the Spanish named both the fort and the inlet "Matanzas," which means "slaughters" in English. That name carries on to this day. #InStone

Family getaway

The condo was great…very comfortable. Ground floor beach access was convenient and great for all the stuff we took to the beach. We never used the pool because the beach was so nice. We had a family of 7, 6 adults and 1 5year old The rooms were comfortable. Amenities were nice. Loved it!

Amazing host and fully stocked condo!

Joslyn was so prompt and helpful with the Checkin and checkout process, and even checked in mid-week to see how things were going! The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and plenty of extras. They provide beach towels and pool and beach supplies which saved a lot of space for traveling in the car. I HIGHLY recommend this host and unit! I will definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Access

Check in/out was easy, the location was quiet, and the view and beach access was incredible. Loved the location, plus the beach at low tide was very shallow/had a nice sandbar that comes up that's perfectly for a young child.

Just steps away to paradise

The view was amazing! Your steps away from a salt water pool or the ocean. The beach just looks like is coming in your room. Crescent beach is fairly quiet, your a short walk from the part of the beach you don’t drive on but it’s not busy. The condo was well stocked. The owner communication was excellent.

Awesome property and very helpful host

Three senior ladies enjoyed the beach walks, the gorgeous sun rises, and drinks on the patio in the evenings. The location is about 20 minutes south of town and there's lots to see and do nearby (World Golf Hall of Fame, Saint Augustine Distillery VIP tour, Castillo San Marcos, Flagler College tour, and just walking the town). I highly recommend this property... thanks Joslyn for all the help. with our activity planning.

We had a wonderful time! The view was amazing, the weather was perfect and our host was fantastic!

My brother and his family which included 2 teenage boys,myself and our 80 year old mother stayed in the condo. It was perfectly accessible for her. The condo looked exactly as it did online and they provided everything we needed for the beach. We will be back!

Absolutely our favorite

We have been coming to St Augustine since Oct 2017. We always stay at Summerhouse. We have stayed in several different condos, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom. 461 is our absolute favorite! It is very clean & spacious. We had room for everyone without getting in each others way. With the provided beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, umbrellas, & beach towels our packing was a lot easier. This year we we checking in the week after Ian went through Florida. We were worried that we would have to cancel our trip. Joslyn kept me very informed. She was GREAT to work with! We would differently stay here again!
