  • Cerchi un po 'di allegria in Florida? Lo troverai in questa deliziosa Balcony Suite Plus al 3 ° piano. Rinnovata di recente, questa unità è perfetta per l'intera famiglia. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piano cottura e forno, microonde e grande frigorifero. La splendida vista sull'oceano si apre attraverso la porta scorrevole in vetro del soggiorno. Ci sono comode sedie a tracolla sul balcone e un tavolo abbastanza grande da godersi un pasto sull'oceano. I due letti gemelli a due letti nel soggiorno sono stati aggiunti di recente; sono il luogo perfetto per godersi la grande TV a schermo piatto da 42 ". Il bagno è delizioso con una nuova vasca e maniglione surround. La camera da letto privata ha un letto matrimoniale e una TV a schermo piatto da 32 ". La piastrella è allegra e facile da pulire. I ventilatori a soffitto nel soggiorno e nella camera da letto mantengono l'aria ventilata. NON SONO AMMESSI ANIMALI

St Augustine Getaway Weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had all that we needed and the view is worth a million dollars. It is close to downtown St Augustine. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great home base for a fun extended weekend

Beacher’s was a wonderful place to stay during our time in the area over the weekend. We were able to enjoy Dayton Beach, the Daytona race weekend, St. Augustine, and Blue Springs State Park (manatee viewing). Would highly recommend.

Great Condo

This condo was just perfect for the two us. The mattress was very comfortable and the unit was clean when we arrived. We loved the convenience to the beach. We would stay here again if we are in St Augustine.

Great Location for a Small Family

This rental was a great fit for our small family of 4 (5y/o & 1y/o). It was very clean and had all the essentials. The Murphy beds were a hit and a great way to have space during the day. The pool and boardwalk to the beach made our days outside much easier when hauling everything you need for a day out. About 20 minutes away from St Augustine if you need a water break. Would recommend & truly enjoyed!

Great Views

Property was very nice and the management team was unbelievable. Also, the room was very clean and the Murphy beds were great for our family. The view from the balcony is worth the price to stay here!!! We would not hesitate to book this room again!!!

Whole place needs updating

The complex is tired and needs remodeling I wouldn’t even use the 3rd floor ice machine The pool is nowhere near as big as the photos suggest. The beach is glorious. I would not rebook

Spring Break in St. Augustine

We had such a lovely stay! The unit is just like the photos, spotlessly clean with updated appliances. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! The pool is spacious and well kept, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded (at least for March). The laundry facilities are clean and efficient. The suite is close to area attractions and restaurants and just 20-30 minutes to the Old City, even with bridge traffic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great for 2 people

Condo was great, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2. 1 bedroom with king and 2 fold down twins in living room. We didn't need the fold down beds, but it would have been crowded if we did. Nice view and condo was clean. Definitely would stay again.

The building was clean, the pool area and grilling area was nice- charcoal Webber grills. Had laundry, ice machine and vending machines, as well as Landry detergent and sunscreen at the front desk. Pet friendly. Room was nice (very spacious compared to a hotel room) and well equipped to cook in and eat in if you wanted. This is our new vacation stay while in Florida.

The bathroom smelled of urine the entire stay. The sliding door to the balcony was super hard to open and the handle actually broke off needing maintenance to come repair. There was sand in the bed sheets in the bedroom. No extra dish rags or paper towels on hand. The neighbors right across the hall were so loud and had a small dog that barked and howled a lot.

Not the best experience

Our main issue was that the air conditioner didn't keep up during our 2 night stay. It was set at 60 when we entered and maintained a temperature of what was probably 75-80. The unit on the balcony is also very loud. When I told the front desk, she said "ok?" . I felt this was a very unprofessional way to handle a guest who is voicing that they are uncomfortable during their stay. Also, we left something behind in the room and were unable to get in touch with the front desk or property manager after checking out which is very frustrating. (Once they got our money, the communication stopped). Beautiful view but that's all this place has offer!

Reviewer Comments: Beacher's Lodge Unit 326 was a wonderful choice for our mini-vacation.Positives:- Helpful on-site property management and maintenance staff (needed tv assistance)- Amazing view of the ocean from the balcony and main living space- Easy access to beach over boardwalk near the Lodge's pool- Great beach...clean sand with no rocks, shells or seaweed - Comfortable bed in bedroom and the murphy pull-down beds were a great idea to add to the unit- Air conditioning and fans worked well- Common area laundry facilities at $2.00 per washer or dryer load worked wellAreas for Improvement:- Coffee maker was a mini version and we suggest upgrading to a normal size coffee maker- Add a large wooden cutting board to the kitchen utensils (the glass cutting board isn't efficient -makes loud scaping sounds as its being used)- Add some cards, puzzles or board games to the unitRecommended Restaurants:- For seafood highly recommend Seafood Kitchen (amazing food and casual environment, 3 miles from Bleacher's Lodge); walk-ins welcome-For great atmosphere, music and food look to Prohibition Kitchen downtown at 119 St. George Street- For Spanish or Cuban inspired food look to Columbia Restaurant downtown at 98 St. George Street. Parking at the back of restaurant.We will definitely visit again. Thanks

Each room is individually owned so the decor from room to room differs but the wonder cleaning staff make sure they are spotless. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Sunrises, and the afternoons on the balcony/porch are cooler once the sun gets up higher. We would be glad to get to stay there another time.
