  • Questa affascinante suite con balcone al 2 ° piano ti farà accomodare al tuo posto preferito al bar per goderti il tuo tempo in spiaggia. Questo condominio è stato creato in modo creativo. La cucina completa comprende una stufa con forno e un grande frigorifero. Il soggiorno è allestito in modo da poter godere della vista sull'oceano, sulla piscina o sulla TV a schermo piatto dal divano letto matrimoniale (nuovo ad aprile 2019). L'illuminazione della pista offre molte opzioni per l'atmosfera. Questa è la suite del balcone dell'armadio per l'accesso alla spiaggia, parti dalla tua camera e sarai sulla spiaggia in pochi minuti. Il bagno ha un tono elegante e ha una nuova vasca e infissi. Il letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto è confortevole e riscaldato dal tappeto sottostante. Una TV standard offre la possibilità di guardare qualcos'altro in camera da letto se lo desideri. Un nuovo materasso con il simbolo del materasso pillow top (ad aprile 2019) garantisce una buona notte di sonno. Se vuoi che tutta la tua famiglia ti accompagni per un viaggio sulla spiaggia, questa è l'unità che fa per te. NON SONO AMMESSI ANIMALI.

This entire property has been totally renovated and it is gorgeous. The condo I stayed in was clean and very comfortable. Loved the view from my balcony and the easy access to the beach. Definitely plan to stay here again. And again!

The view from out room was okay. The location isn’t the best as the walkway to/from the beach is looking directly into your room as is the pool. The pictures online did show this but I didn’t realize until I had the curtains open that it would be a problem.

Ideal Stay for three nights

We had one of the nicest weekends ever. The condo was clean, efficient and was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. I do think the mattress and pillows need to be ungraded. Other than that, it was a great find and value. We may book again in the fall.

The kitchenette made for convenient lunch preps and then dining out in the evenings. The location is very nice and the beach is beautiful. Great place to stay on the outskirt of St. Augustine. Great value as this is affordable and exceptional all at the same time.

The view was perfect and the bed was wonderful but the TV reception was bad with a few stations. The coffee maker wasn’t working right and the coffee very weak. The remote control was sticky, needs to be replaced.

Our particular unit was pretty well-worn and tired. All in all, for the time we spent there, it was just ok. I would not want to vacation in that particular unit. I'm sure there are others more well kept.

Good value

Overall nice little place to stay. Unfortunate that the pool closes at dusk. Kids were bummed about that. Unit was pretty clean. The bathtub does have some spots around the bottom caulking that kinda looks like mold? It could just be where paint is wearing off and it was a greenish before... didnt get close enough to inspect it, but its in multiple places. Unit is tight quarters. Screen to balcony is off track kinda rusty, hard to get closed. Nobody in my family could use it, I was the only one able to get it to move. It is definitely a good value compared to other properties around and we would stay again. Interactions with all staff was pleasant. Thank you!!

Reviewer Comments: The bed was hard and the AC made loud noises...but it was cool during the July months, so it worked! We didn’t have extra blankets the first nights but we got them the next day. The TV wouldn’t play something very long, it just would blink and say it was not connected to the WiFi network. The place was clean and they did daily turn downs. Booking online and getting checked in was very easy as well.
