  • Questa suite con balcone al 4 ° piano è piena di sole della Florida. Una posizione perfetta all'ultimo piano, questo condominio è situato vicino all'ascensore nella parte settentrionale del nostro edificio di fronte all'oceano. Il condominio è allegro in giallo. C'è un nuovo divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno e una sedia club rossa. Goditi la grande TV a schermo piatto. La cucina è dotata di un piano cottura a quattro fuochi con forno e tutti i comfort standard della cucina. Il bagno è stato aggiornato con una nuova vasca, vanità e spazio aggiuntivo per la biancheria. La camera da letto privata è piastrellata e ha un comodo materasso Serta queen size e una TV a schermo piatto da 26 ". Questo condominio è allegro e confortevole e potrebbe essere il tuo rifugio preferito sulla spiaggia. NON SONO AMMESSI ANIMALI

Nice condo on the beach

Nice little condo on an awesome beach. Great view from our room and especially the outside patio. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

The only negative comment I have is that the hot water flow is throttled down so much thats it's hard to get a good shower. We managed anyway. We are repeat customers and plan to come back every chance we get.

This property is older and needs some updating. The unit itself was adequate for a short stay. The staff was friendly. The price point seemed a little high when you can stay in a brand new property for less. The beach and ocean view were great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the shower. Tub surface was very slippery, no grab bars, water temp was prone to going from pleasantly warm to lobster scalding hot without warning. Easy solutions - provide a bath mat, install grab bar, turn down the water heater. All in all, would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beacher's before, and have always loved it! The beach location is perfect for enjoying the views day and night, and the boardwalk offers easy access to the beach for walks and other recreation. Parking was fine, and it was helpful to have carts available for taking our belongings up to our condo via ramp and elevator. We were very happy with our rented condo- a little bit shopworn, but well arranged, stocked with basic appliances and amenities. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean when we arrived. Office staff are outstanding- so helpful and patient with questions! We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful, and many guests enjoyed it during our stay. We will come back!

Pool is in excellent condition and the location is in close proximity to great restaurants and downtown. Only 20 minutes from the premium outlet mall. I will definitely be staying here again.
