Questa 1st Patio Suite Plus è in grado di riunire tutta la famiglia. L'angolo cottura ha un piano cottura a due fuochi e un forno a microonde a convezione. La disposizione del soggiorno è unica in quanto questa Suite Patio Plus ha un divano letto matrimoniale e un divano letto doppio. Ci sono diverse opzioni di posti a sedere nel soggiorno in modo da poter godere della vista della TV a schermo piatto o dell'orizzonte sull'oceano. Il patio è forse il più privato delle suite king al 1 ° piano con una sedia da patio ad altezza pub che condivide un'area del tavolo per godersi il caffè del mattino. Inoltre, la camera da letto è arredata con gusto con un grazioso set da letto e offre un sacco di spazio per i cassetti, oltre al piccolo armadio delle suite king. La TV a schermo piatto e i ventilatori a soffitto rendono questa suite accogliente e confortevole. Il bagno è stato completamente ristrutturato con la nuova vasca. Questo condominio è il luogo perfetto per una coppia o famiglia in cerca di un soggiorno confortevole sulla spiaggia. Sono ammessi animali di piccola taglia

Great Stay with Friends!

The staff was really accommodating when I made a mistake with my booking and the property was great. Loved the beach access and short drive to the Historic District. Would definitely go back again.

Beach stay

Good location. Easy access to the beach. 15 minutes from downtown St Augustine. Fun restaurants nearby. Clean and dog friendly.

Beautiful beach, calm stay

We loved our stay. We love the beach and convenient access walkway. Very nice heated pool. Housekeeping was great for anything you needed. Towels etc.and were very helpful and pleasant. The furniture was not as clean as I would have liked. I guess many people stay and are maybe not as considerate.

Short Spring Break Trip

We stayed 3 nights so it was a short trip. We would usually get at a 2 bedroom but this was prefect for a few nights. The condominium was maintained, quite, and the staff was friendly. The unit was accurate to the pictures at the time of our stay. There was an ice-cream shop, pizza place, and a gas station directly across the road. It was a short walk to the beach with an access code gate. Would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was perfect and the location was so great! There was a glitch with housekeeping - you have to put a DND sign on your door when you have a dog, then set up when you want housekeeping to come. We called and set up a time, then when we returned and it wasn’t done, the woman at the front desk said, “well, housekeeping is gone for the day - what do you want me to do?” Kind of rude. But we got clean towels and sheets, and the housekeeper, who was lovely, came the next day and apologized profusely.

The absolute best place to stay in St Augustine

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at the Beachers Lodge for years. I have never had a bad experienc. My kids call it their second home. They fell in love with it also. The rooms are very spacious and affordable. I love how each room is decorated differently. The beach front property has the most beautiful sunrises. I highly recommend the staying here. It is a great place to start family memories for years to come.

Fantastic location but very small

The condo is right in the ocean and just a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. There is a bar, pizza place and ice cream parlour right across the street. The AC works well and the property staff is very caring and friendly. Be aware that this is a very small condo. Even though it sleeps 5 (3 on sleeper sofas), just the 2 of us felt cramped. The kitchen has virtually no counter space. It’s very difficult to prepare meals in this tiny kitchen. Also note there is no dishwasher so you must clean dishes by hand. The condo is well furnished and kept up.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was exactly as listed. Well equipped. Great view and felt very private. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed with pets. My only complaint would be the dog walk area, it is very small and not secure. It’s behind the conference room with gate access to the public beach. So at night it didn’t feel secure. Also, lots of other dogs there and it was impossible to see if other dogs were in the dog walk, leading to some confrontations.
