Oceanfront Direct 2019 recentemente rinnovato - ROKU incluso - Summerhouse 162

  • La casa a schiera di fronte all'oceano diretta entra al secondo piano e può ospitare 4 adulti. C'è un re nella camera matrimoniale, due gemelli nella camera degli ospiti e nessun divano letto che lavora per ospitare una famiglia di quattro persone. Le piastrelle in tutta l'unità facilitano la pulizia dalla sabbia della spiaggia. Ci sono due televisori all'interno del condominio. La TV del soggiorno è uno schermo piatto da 55 "con ROKU. Abbiamo installato ventilatori a soffitto nel soggiorno e in entrambe le camere. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

An amazing month at Summerhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for the month of September and had a wonderful beach work & vacation experience. It was the perfect time to come (even during hurricane season) because kids were back in school. Many days we had the beach/pool all to ourselves. We even booked another week long stay at the end of October in a first floor unit.If you rent beautiful, cozy & comfortable Unit 162 a couple of things to consider: be sure you can handle stairs. One flight outside up to the unit and a second one inside to the bedrooms. Its makes for amazing views but can be hard on people with knee challenges. Also, if you like a medium to soft bed, be sure to bring a mattress topper for the wonderful king bed, as we found it to be a bit on the hard side for us. If you stay for a long time and enjoy cooking at home, be sure to bring your favorite utensils with you. They have lots of options but were missing a few that we use regularly. Finally, if you prefer Pod vs Pot coffee makers you can pick up one at Target pretty inexpensively for your stay. We now have a one cup Keurig to take with us when we travel.

Stay in 162 - Okay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed from July 15 through the 22nd. The unit was pretty however, I must let you know that the beds were painfully uncomfortable. And our biggest complaint is the lock on the front door. That is absolutely ridiculous that you rent that out like that. It doesn’t cost a lot to change a lock.Finally, I must let you know that as I’m sure you are aware the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. Well, your residents you have living in the room next to us were very rude, caught us coming in and told us how noisy we were especially myself and me being who I am... I apologized, but then I thought you know that’s incredibly rude. We are very conscious people of our noise and how we treat units when we rent them and when you look around that property with the animals you had staying there with stuff hanging all over the place, eating and drinking in the pools, unattended children in the pools and then I get spoken to for talking loudly in a unit. We are not the ones that should have been yelled at, it's unacceptable. If they don’t like the noise of renters, they shouldn’t be there when people are renting, or you should fix the walls.

Our family's 33 annual reunion at Summerhouse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For 33 years our family has been coming to Summerhouse for a family reunion over the week of the 4th of July. Four generations have been coming since we started doing it. We love it that each individual family can have its own condo but we can be in the same or a close pod to each other. The beach is a real draw for all of us: for sitting, swimming, walking, surfing, fishing. My 3 year old asked me one year: "Mom, are we in Heaven?"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in this unit. We usually stay in an Oceanview unit, but not an Oceanfront. We loved seeing the sunrise out the windows and sitting on the balcony to read with the ocean right there. This unit was clean and I appreciated the nice wood floors and light colors throughout. The sofas and gliders in the living room were very comfortable. Overall, the stay was pretty good.A few things we didn't love: I wish there would have been more hooks so that we had places to hang towels. The entry could have used some hooks, as well as the bathrooms and bedrooms. In the living space, a wooden bench or something would be helpful to place beach bags, etc instead of the floor. The furniture in the bedrooms seemed cheap and not sturdy. The twin beds would move just by rolling over. With a few minor tweaks this place could be awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oceanfront, newly renovated condo. Had a wonderful, rejuvenating stay. I love this location, last set of condos before the inlet so there's not a lot of public foot traffic on the beach. SO perfect to watch sunrises from the beach, then two-minute drive to the inlet side to watch sunset. What could be better ?!?!?I love staying there and look forward to my next get away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a relaxing week...weather perfect and unit very comfortable.The condo furnishings and layout were lovely. BUT there are no hooks anywhere! In all other SH units we have rented over the years, there is at least one rack downstairs on which to hang beach towels, hats...and then in upstairs bathrooms there are hooks for night wear and clothes. But the condo otherwise was very tastefully appointed and well equipped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this unit before, so we were familiar with the space. The view of the ocean is definitely the highlight of this unit. We also enjoy the light neutral spaces and the living room furniture.What this unit could use is some thoughtful placement of where to put damp towels and bathing suits, beach bags, etc. Adding hooks to the entryway, hooks in the bedrooms, and maybe a bench or simple table in the living room to put things down would make this unit much more functional. Also, the bedroom furniture is very cheaply made.The drawers feel like they cannot hold very much. We love being at Summerhouse and the beach!
