Beautiful Remodeled Oceanfront Condo ~ Best Location and Spectacular Views!

Completely remodeled modern end unit with spectacular views of the Beach! Feel the ocean spray while reclining on your private balcony at this Sea Matanzas unit with southern exposure! This view is yours from both the living room and the master bedroom. Talk about romantic!

This Sea Matanzas condo has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed to go along with the king size ocean views. The guest bedroom also has a king bed!

The gourmet kitchen is absolutely beautiful... there is a range, toaster, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and more.

Summerhaven Beach is located 10 minutes south of Saint Augustine Historic District. There are plenty of attractions near the rental – Fort Matanzas, Marineland, Fishing, State Parks, and more. If it is more, you are seeking, it is more you shall find. Head into Historic Saint Augustine for some history and shopping. Continue north to Jacksonville, and take in a Jacksonville Jaguars NFL game. Golfers may take in a round of golf in Sawgrass Ponte Vedra, or 18 holes at World Golf Village?

Head south from Sea Matanzas Condo to Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach or Cape Canaveral, all within a short drive. Disney World and Universal Studios are just a day trip away!

Our new favorite place!

I cant say enough positive things about this place. The only difficult part is, you better like stairs as its a 3 level condo. Best location, privacy, serenity, beautiful remodel, has a few handyman touchups needed on the ceiling in living room, but all in all we will 10/10 stay here again. We swam, fished, went to st augustine, went to palm coast and flagler beach, all a short drive away. If you like crowds of people, this isnt your place.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! We will be coming back without a doubt! The end unit views of the ocean, the open floor plan, it was everything our family of 4 needed to unwind for springbreak…thank you for letting us rejuvenate on Matanzas Inlet!!!

Property itself is very clean. The veiws of the ocean are fantastic. Never did try the pool but the beach can't be beat. It's probably as close to a private beach as you'll find. Will be back.

Amazing Views

We have visited this beach for several years and have enjoyed it so much! It is a beautiful quiet beach. Great place to bring your furry babies! The unit is recently remodeled and tastefully decorated! There are quite a few stairs but so worth it! The views of the ocean are breathtaking!

Beautiful Beach Spot

This end unit was super sunny and had spectacular views. The place is newly refinished with really nice modern touches. Great new kitchen, fantastic huge king beds and the leather sofa were really nice. The location beside the Matanzas inlet made for fantastic bird watching. We loved it!

Amazing private beach

Lovely home with a private beach. Only a handful of homes have access to this beach so we were able to let our little dog run. Wish it were warmer but it was wonderful for December. Amazing views from the living room, and really all the rooms.

Great vacation condo with a beautiful view and privacy.

We had the opportunity to take a vacation back to Matanza Inlet and spend time in a beautifully renovated condo. The condo was very spacious and we loved that the bedrooms were on different levels to add to the privacy of the end unit. It was nice have ocean views from the living room, back deck and the master bedroom. This was our first time renting a beach front condo and we will definitely be returning to this condo again. Thank you to the owners for sharing this amazing condo with others, it was a vacation we will remember for a long time.

Peaceful and clean!!

The condo was just as pretty in person as it was on the website! Being oceanfront was amazing - really enjoyed the ocean breeze - listening to the waves and smelling the salt air provided the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend with our family. Loved our vacation

It was a little modern for our taste but we really enjoyed ourselves. The location was absolutely perfect! The only complaints we had were minor but worth mentioning in case the owner is paying someone for these services. There was a couple of spiders in the second floor bath, the weeds outside were so overgrown it was difficult to walk our bikes around and stairwell is very dirty and almost dank. Once inside we were very pleased. Thankyou for a wonderful trip. We hope to see you again next year.

Get away from Atlanta

Property #6 was perfect inside and out. Location was great with a short walk to beach and did not have to deal with a crowd like public beaches. It was nice to be within 5-10miles of great dining or downtown St. Augustine. Will keep this property as a favorite and return many times.

This townhome is first class! Very clean and modern. The location is private, (no crowded beaches). A few short steps right to the beach. Also, a short drive into St Augustine! We absolutely loved our stay! Worse thing about it was, we had to leave!😟

Time to unwind

Perfect condo in a perfect location if you’re looking for a place to recharge! The location is close to attractions in the area but off the beaten path. The condo is spotless and comfortable with excellent views.
