Enjoy this stylish, comfortable & spacious two-bedroom oceanfront townhome! Get cozy in one of the two king suites! Located on the end unit and adjacent to the beach walkover. Offering a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need and more. This home away from home offers a private beach walkover, 2 pools, and a grill area, in a beautiful community! Enjoy being within walking distance to many restaurants & shops.

The house is fully available to guests. Please message me for any questions, needs, or recommendations. I would love to help!

No smoking in the property. No pets allowed. There will be a $200 fee for any unauthorized late check-out.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!

The condo was just perfect for a 2 week stay at St Augustine Beach. Accommodations were comfortable, in very good condition, nice sheets and towels. The property manager was welcoming and very helpful. She responded to all our questions. All of the complex is well kept in an attractive part of town. It had everything we needed. Right on the edge of the dunes, a view of the beach and ocean over the dunes from second floor balcony! Lovely sand, we walked the beach often. Less than a mile to grocery store. Nearby restaurants, coffee shops… Only 20 min. drive to St Augustine. Thank you.

The condo was wonderful. We loved the balcony off the upstairs bedroom. The garage was very handy and we were so close to the beach. Even the last hotel we booked it took a long walk and 2 flights of stairs to touch sand—the pictures make the walkway look much longer. It’s steps from the door and takes just a minute to get to the beach. Condo had all we needed—make sure you brings drinks and snacks if you’re getting in late.

We loved loved loved this property!!! The location, being right on the beach, next to the walkway to the beach and minutes away from downtown with a variety of restaurants and conveniences was ideal!! The condo unit itself was updated and modern. The owner did not forget any details! We had coffee, beach towels, beach chairs, and decor that created a vacation vibe! I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. We had a wonderful stay!

I had a very nice stay at this property. I took a solo trip and the direct beach access was incredibly convenient and made it easy to go out to the beach several times per day. I felt very safe in the property and spending time on the beach alone and was able to enjoy the peace and quiet. The property was clean and the photos were accurate for the listing. The upstairs bedroom I slept in has a beach and ocean view from the balcony.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The place was as described… very clean, well equipped and conveniently located to historic downtown with a beautiful view of the water from the balcony. The host was responsive and available when needed. We will definitely stay there again! 10/10 highly recommend.

Perfection!

My family needed a short, stress-free vacation to decompress from volleyball nationals and that's exactly what we got! The condo was adorably decorated and impeccably clean. Beds were comfy, decks were a nice getaway to see sunrises and sunsets, communication with the property manager was great and access to the beach couldn't have been better. 10/10 would recommend (already have) and looking to hopefully come back soon!

Perfect mini getaway

The property was perfect for our mini getaway we just wish the beach water wasn't cold so we could have gone in the water. Just means we need to come back again! Everything needed for our trip was available and the property was right on the beach on the perfect spot next to the walk bridge to the beach.

Easy trek to the beach, the beach house is great for a small group, and the property manager is very responsive. Perfectly located for all things St. Augustine, We would certainly stay again.

On the beach !!!

My parents, wife and two daughters had the most amazing time in this condo. It exceeded our expectations and was right on the beach. We will stay here many times in the future. Wow fantastic!
