Enjoy a great experience at this centrally-located 2 bedroom/1 bathroom charming bungalow. This stylish place is close to must-see destinations and you can walk to downtown just 2 blocks away and explore over 500 restaurants and shops.



Both rooms have the most comfortable beds, linens & pillows. Complementary are Netflix, a coffee/ tea bar, all shampoo, conditioner and wash. Full kitchen has cookwares, oil & spices. Enjoy the spacious & comfortable deck at sunrise or sunset



Cute living room with sofa bed and chairs with a 50” TV & complementary Netflix. Plush Queen beds with 40” tv in bedrooms with complementary Netflix. Bathroom with shower and shampoo, conditioner and wash. Stocked coffee, tea, hot chocolate and full kitchen with all cooking basics.



Entire apartment and private deck along with full parking area in back of house.

After booking unit message was sent to Monique making sure that the unit had a Keurig. She responded that the unit did have a Keurig. There was no Keurig in the unit. There was a green coffee pot that did not work a piece of junk that overflowed and didn’t put all the water or coffee in the Container. No hot water the first night.unit was very cold no heat all during our stay. unit had a space heater, but it did not work. Monique did nothing to help us so cold in the unit that we could not take showers. Monique messaged my husband that there was someone on site to help with the units issues. No one contacted us. The experience was terrible. Beware. The pros were nicely, remodeled unit, location, good for walking downtown, motion activated, light in parking area and back door. Entry parking behind unit was provided, which was good.

Cons:We needed a battery in the remote for one of the air conditioners. The owner said her team was on it. We never received a battery and had to unplug the unit every day because it was freezing in there and we could not turn it down. The bathroom faucet was broken, there was a rip in the bedroom quilt and some kind of stain was on the couch.We would suggest a dish rack for drying and perhaps to have some information about when you leave, what do you want guests to do. We stripped the bed and put our used towels in the hamper and took out the garbage, because thats what we do, however, no one asked us to.Pros:Great location. Quiet. Close to town! We were able to park our car at the house and walked everywhere.

The entire home was clean and cozy. We had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay! Our host was communicative and caring throughout the entire process. The location of the home was easy to access and absolutely perfect for exploring st Augustine. The porch and privacy was probably my favorite part, the backside of the home faces away from the street, and is surrounded by trees, shade, and grass. We will absolutely be staying here again for any future st Augustine trips! Thank you!

Very nice, clean house in a great location

Perfect rental for a small family visiting St. Agustine. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. My son loved having his own room and TV. Private parking was a plus. Owners were very friendly and responsive. We will be back for sure!

Birthday Getaway

This property was immaculately kept! Coming from a germaphobe that's saying a lot! Easy off street parking, a breezy back patio with nice furnishings. Easy keyless entry opening to a smartly furnished and pleasantly decorated apartment with all the amenities you would need. AC and fans all clean and in good working order. Loved the ease of raising and lowering the blinds with one finger! Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had a sizable fridge and freezer. Silver and good cutlery, a full size oven/range though we didn't have time to cook. Plenty of towels and nice shampoo and conditioner, even had a mouthwash dispenser. When we got there, I checked the coffee pot and there was a piece missing. Jared immediately brought me another coffee maker. Very friendly and easy to talk to. You don't need a thing! Just pack you clothes and away you go! We are already planning our next trip!

Cute apartment

This apartment was super clean and very comfortable. It was close enough to downtown St. Augustine that we could walk everywhere. The communication with the host was good. The apartment had everything you would need and the bed was comfortable. Great stay for us.

Nice place inside

Overall went well, only part not perfect was a smoke alarm that began beeping about midnight every 20 seconds or so and the lights over the bathroom mirror were not working and we didn’t notice it again until just before bedtime. Hosts were very friendly and responsive

Perfect Getaway!

The unit was very clean and the design is a great use of space. We were pleasantly surprised to see spices in the kitchen and would have used them time permitting but this was a very quick, short getaway for us. Plenty of other nice touches like soft absorbing towels, ceiling fans, air conditioning, keyless entry, etc. Communication with Jared was quick and easy. He was on property when we arrived and was super helpful with our questions. Our only "issue" was parking however that was on us and not the property. Plenty of off street parking in the back of the house for 5-6 cars or so. We were traveling in a truck so it was too tight to park back there however the spot directly in front of the house was perfect. Location is good too. Very centrally located to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Trip back home

We were visiting family and catching some fun touristy things for a few days. Location was great! Bungalow is small but perfect for the two of us. Will definitely be back! Thank you Jared for being so responsive when we locked ourselves out!
