Oceanfront diretto! Casa a schiera con 2 camere in Summerhouse 205

  • Una bellissima vista da questa casa di città fronte mare con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni ha abbastanza per dormire sei. È arredata con un letto king size, due letti singoli e un divano letto. Al piano inferiore si trova un bagno. Ci sono due TV, videoregistratore e un lettore DVD per il tuo piacere di visione. Puoi goderti il vantaggio delle piastrelle mentre al piano di sotto facilita la pulizia da qualsiasi sabbia che possa penetrare nell'unità. Il piano superiore è in moquette per un'atmosfera accogliente come quella di una casa. Non è consentito fumare. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year at Summerhouse. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many activities within the Summerhouse Snowbird community to participate if you wish. Our townhouse was not clean when we arrived and there were problems with kitchen appliances. However, the staff and owner responded quickly. We will be back next year.

Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse is at a great location on highway A1A for all activities, both North to St. Augustine and south to Palm Coast and beyond.Unit 205 was fine..ocean front is great with the sounds of surf at night..the unit was clean enough but needs updates, especially in the kitchen..stove..refrigerator..etc. we had internet and cable TV problems for a few days..the front desk reacted well for us working with the unit owner to get the problem resolved. Summerhouse is a very nice complex, I highly recommend it.

The rental staff can be difficult at times. The unit is not always cleaned well and the furniture is old and dated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Area is lovely. Beach is awesome. View is amazing. Unit 205 is sadly in need or upgrading. Furniture is worn and dated. Appliances are old. Found the bed in master to be too soft and sheets and mattress cover well worn and did not properly fit the bed. Main bathroom shower stall has mold on tile and grout.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rent every year at this location for a family get together. We have been going for over 20 years to Summerhouse. I thought the unit was nice but the furnishings, especially the bedrooms, are old and need to be updated. The cleanliness was okay. I don't think the service does a deep enough cleaning given they only have 3-4 hours to turn the units.

Grounds and condo was nice as always but some owners made our family reunion vacation miserable. All has been addressed and hopefully next year Summerhouse will be back to the family friendly resort that my family has many find memories of.

Bad experience in Summerhouse 205

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived on 09-02-2021,after a walk through found that none of the 3 TV,s worked called the office (3:45 ) they said they would contact maintenance and get back with us. Never heard from anyone called Friday morning they said they would have someone between 10 and 12, a young did come by (Ryan) super nice after some time he did get the master bedroom working but never got never got the main tv working, he called the office and they called Comcast they said they would come on Saturday between 10 and 12 we waited until 1:30 , no show. I called the office and they said comcast had called and they would be late and did not know if they could make Saturday, when ask why they did not call and let us know, she did not have a answer. No TV dirty floors(baseboards and corners) dinning room light did not work, Bugs, hall bath would not drain, master basin would not drain, front door was hard to open, when the AC came on it sounded like a plane taking off. We were in St Augustine for a wedding and this ruined the trip.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse is a great place. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Any concerns are attended to usually very quickly. The Crescent Beach area is not too “touristy” with nice amenities and a lovely beach. We knew that we were going to arrive late in the evening and phoned TWICE to be sure that arrangements were in place for our late arrival. We arrived at 9pm and were locked out. It took a long time to get access. Some units are sub-standard and are not well equipped. They are letting their standards slip in some units. So I would recommend ‘caution’ regarding unit selection.

Sheltering at Summer House: Displaced by house repairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since repairs to our home were going to take a month, we decided to spend the time at Summer House. Having recently spent a week long vacation there last October, we knew it would be an agreeable place to spend our forced displacement. It turned out fine. The property fit the website description and was clean and well maintained. The kitchen utensils, however, were worn and scratched teflon coated which we didn't enjoy cooking with. There were also minor problems with clogged sinks. However, these issues were all manageable and we enjoyed our stay. We will come back when we can actually have a vacation.

NEXT DAY WHEN TRYING TO USE STOVE HAD A BURNT SMOELL AND ACTUALY HAD A FLAME WHEN USED THE FIRST TIME. OVER ALL MAYBE ONE OF WORST START IN PAST 20 + YEARS THERE. UNIT NEEDS KITCHEN UPDATING AND FLOORS DOWNSTAIRS NEED WORK AS NOT CLEAN LOOKING. NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FOR PRICEOF A OCEANFRONT TOWNHOME

Beautiful beach bires

The property is in a great beach area, not packed with people. Perfect for us. The condo itself was comfortable but there were a couple of glitches. No WiFi and no Tv. Kept getting a Comcast error message s0a00 which was reported to the office. Never got connected. Also a bad electrical outlet in the master bedroom next to the chest of drawers. The kitchen was well supplied with pots pans dishes and flatware. Sufficient towels. The upholstered chair in the family room needs to be steam cleaned. Plenty of sitting space
