  • Questo condominio ha una splendida vista libera sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia. Si affaccia direttamente sull'oceano in modo da poter vedere l'oceano dal tuo divano. Questa è una casa a schiera con due camere da letto e due bagni con 5 bagni che entra al secondo piano e al terzo piano si trovano le camere da letto. Ci sono tre grandi TV a schermo piatto. Ventilatori a soffitto in soggiorno e in entrambe le camere. Moquette ovunque tranne in cucina e bagni. King, due gemelli e un divano letto. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

We have being staying at Summerhouse Condos for 25 years and this was our favorite one. We would definitely recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse has the best location! The unit was clean and the aIr conditioner blew cold air!! The kitchen has many silverware items and plates. They have one of each, needed cooking item. They didn’t have paper towels to start. There were a number of bulbs burned-out: all of the guest room, one working in main BR, 2 out in bath and one out in kitchen!! There were 2 spare bulbs in pantry. The cleaning crew should catch this, not the guest.

Great View/Maintenance Needed

The “Contactless Check In” was not as described, as the door was locked. So we had to call and someone had to come let us in. The first thing we noticed was the upstairs bathroom floor was full of water. Called the office, they sent someone who stated they would be back the next day with a part to repair the leaking toilet. 3 days later we had to call again as it was now leaking through the first floor ceiling and nothing had been done. The leak was from the wax ring meaning this was waste water leaking that we were walking on. The office originally tried to send out a plumber the following day, until we complained again and they repaired it that day (day 3). All of the light bulbs were burned out in the master bedroom and the master closet. Half of the lights above the dining room table were burned out. And although the ocean view was great from the master bedroom, the pull for the blinds was broken, so the rising sun woke us up at 6:30am every day. Complex, pools and view were great, but this unit needs to be better maintained.
