Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is approximately one hour away by car. One complimentary parking space is included with your stay.



While having a vehicle is recommended, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available. Bicycle rentals are also a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods and downtown attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Mid-stay maintenance checks will be done every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note that this is mandatory.

- Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests must climb stairs at the property.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests staying 30 nights or longer will receive a complimentary mid-stay maintenance check to help ensure everything is in good working order. This service is provided at no additional cost.

We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

- Pets are allowed ( with approval and paying an extra fee)

- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.
